延长油田崖里坪住房小区工程项目成本管理研究
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce competition in the oil industry at home and abroad, the established state-owned oil enterprises must closely follow the development of the market, actively introduce scientific management theory, comprehensively reduce construction costs and improve profitability. To provide assurance for the sustainable development of petroleum enterprises. However, the cost management of Yanchang Oilfield Co., Ltd. is still in the management stage of accounting afterwards, and its academic exploration on cost management is not deep enough, and the innovation is not obvious enough. Does not combine the domestic and foreign advanced cost management achievement to formulate conforms to own management system. Therefore, how to ensure the extension of the healthy and sustainable development of oil enterprises, improve the cost management system of various infrastructure projects, has become a top priority. As a key project of Yanchang Oil Field Co., Ltd, Yanchang Yaliping housing district project has the characteristics of large construction scale, high staff attention and high investment. In this paper, taking Yanchang Oilfield Yaliping Housing area Project as a case study, firstly, the problems and current situation of Yanchang Oilfield logistics support construction cost management are deeply studied. According to the cost optimization of Yaliping housing district project in the design stage, the necessity and effectiveness of cost management in the process of extending the logistics support construction of oil field are illustrated. Then using the theory knowledge of the whole cycle cost management, the omnidirectional cost management and the whole process cost management, the paper puts forward the cost management system of extending the oil field logistics support construction. This system can concretize, quantify, information and timely the cost management of each stage of the construction of Yaliping housing district project, which is conducive to the implementation of cost management in every detail of the project. Then established the dynamic assessment and the final examination system, can encourage each worker to give play to their own ability and value, finally ensured the realization of the project target cost, finally established the information management and the people-oriented management safeguard measure, To ensure the extension of oil field logistics construction of the cost management system can be effectively implemented.
