深圳大学西丽工程绿色施工技术应用的成本效益评价
[Abstract]:In recent years, in the country's sustainable development strategy and the related industry policy positive impact and vigorously promote, China's construction industry has gradually stepped into the energy-saving environment, low carbon and efficient development track, "green" has run through the entire construction industry, and green construction as the most important part of the project construction process, Building construction enterprises have played an important role in energy saving, land saving, water saving, timber saving and environmental protection. The construction enterprises have fully realized that green construction is a concrete practice way for the enterprise to bear social responsibility. It has also become an enterprise to improve management and technology while producing environmental and social benefits. At present, with the introduction of the government related green construction policies and the evaluation of green construction demonstration projects, more and more construction enterprises use green construction technology in the process of project construction. However, in the green construction process, enterprises often meet the cost of green construction. Therefore, how to better use the green construction technology, effectively reduce the cost and create economic benefits, has become a problem that needs to be improved and solved in front of the construction enterprises. This paper will apply the life cycle cost theory of engineering projects to the green construction technology cost and its economic benefit. Through the analysis and evaluation, the incremental cost and incremental benefit of green construction technology are calculated, and the cost economic benefit analysis and evaluation system of green construction technology is constructed. On this basis, combined with the practice case of green construction in the construction project of the Xili campus of Shenzhen University, the economic benefits of the related data of the engineering green construction technology cost are divided into economic benefits. The analysis and evaluation provide useful reference for construction enterprises to further improve green construction technology and enhance the cost and economic benefits of green construction technology.
