S公司海阳核电项目物资采购管理研究

【摘要】:我国核电项目日益增多,核电设备制造企业也迅速发展,因而核电项目管理的重要性也逐渐显现出来。采购管理作为项目管理的关键组成部分,对项目的质量、成本以及工期等方面起着十分重要的作用,这就要求核电制造企业不断改进和完善项目采购管理工作,以确保项目物资按质、按时供应。 本文以S公司海阳核电项目为研究对象,通过理论联系实践对该项目的采购管理进行分析研究。首先介绍论文的写作背景、目的和意义论文的创新之处;其次概述了该项目的整体概况。 确立了该项目采购管理特点,并对该项目物资采购存在的问题进行了介绍;再次结合目前存在的问题,从采购机制的实施,,集中采购的建立,建立一个可行的投标评价机制三个方面改进成本管理;结合公司的项目采购,运用分析层次过程法建立了供应商评价指标系统,并求解获得了影响核电项目采购指标因素重要性系数,为S公司加强采购管理提供决策依据;最后,通过对该项目采购风险的识别、评估得出采购风险的规避及对策,从而达到提高海阳核电项目采购管理水平,完善采购管理措施的目的。
[Abstract]:With the increasing number of nuclear power projects in China and the rapid development of nuclear power equipment manufacturing enterprises, the importance of nuclear power project management is gradually emerging. As a key component of project management, procurement management plays a very important role in the quality, cost and duration of the project, which requires nuclear power manufacturing enterprises to improve and improve the project procurement management. To ensure that the project supplies on time and quality. This paper takes Haiyang Nuclear Power Project of S Company as the research object and analyzes the purchasing management of the project through the combination of theory and practice. Firstly, it introduces the background, purpose and significance of the thesis, and then summarizes the overall situation of the project. The characteristics of procurement management of the project are established, and the problems existing in the procurement of goods and materials of the project are introduced. Again, according to the existing problems, from the implementation of the procurement mechanism, the establishment of centralized procurement, Establishing a feasible bidding evaluation mechanism to improve cost management, combining the project purchasing of the company, using the analytic hierarchy process method to establish the supplier evaluation index system, The importance coefficient of the factors influencing the purchasing index of nuclear power project is obtained, which provides the decision basis for S company to strengthen the procurement management. Finally, through the identification of the procurement risk of the project, the circumvention of the procurement risk and the countermeasures are obtained. In order to improve Haiyang nuclear power project procurement management level, improve procurement management measures.
