水电站EPC工程物流成本管理研究

【摘要】:水电站工程开展模式,正在从单纯的施工模式向EPC总承包模式转变,在此过程中,物流运输是EPC工程承包工作顺利开展的重要基础,同时也是EPC工程成本控制工作中不可或缺的组成部分,因此,对水电站EPC工程物流成本管理工作作出研究,对于降低水电站EPC工程施工成本、提高项目总承包商经济效益具有着重要意义。本文在对水电站EPC工程物流成本管控组织的构建与制度的完善作出论述的基础上,对水电站EPC工程物流成本管控体系的形成进行了研究与探讨。
[Abstract]:The mode of hydropower project development is changing from simple construction mode to EPC general contracting mode. In this process, logistics transportation is the important foundation for the smooth development of EPC project contracting work. At the same time, it is also an indispensable part in the cost control of EPC project. Therefore, the research on logistics cost management of EPC project of hydropower station is helpful to reduce the construction cost of EPC project of hydropower station. It is of great significance to improve the economic benefit of the total contractor of the project. Based on the discussion of the construction of logistics cost control organization and the perfection of system for EPC project of hydropower station, the formation of logistics cost control system for EPC project of hydropower station is studied and discussed in this paper.
