新型墙体建筑材料成本管理系统分析与设计

【摘要】：随着社会的高速发展,环保意识逐渐加强,传统墙体建筑材料因要消耗大量难以再生的自然资源面临逐渐被淘汰,各种新型墙体建筑材料应运而生。这类新型墙体建筑材料都有一个共同的特点,主要利用工业生产废料,如废弃粉煤灰、建筑垃圾等作为主要原材料,这与当前资源经济综合循环利用的环保政策相适应。新型墙体建筑材料的生产摒弃了传统小作坊式的生产,通过规模化工业生产出的新型墙体建筑材料,具有远高于传统墙体建筑材料的产品特性,与此同时,节约了大量的的自然资源。但墙体建筑材料生产仍属劳动密集型产业,在信息化建设使用上还非常薄弱,在信息技术高速发展的今天,如何将信息技术与传统制造业生产管理相结合,达到提高劳动效率、降低成本的目的,是传统制造业摆脱现在生存窘境,健康成长的必经之路。本文介绍了新型墙体建筑材料——粉煤灰蒸压加气混凝土砌块成本管理系统的需求采集、分析、设计和实现过程。首先对企业的实际生产经营需求进行采集,以利于最终形成的成本管理系统能更贴近于实际。接着对采集的需求进行充分分析,包括对粉煤灰蒸压加气混凝土砌块的简介以及墙材企业的经营、成本管理特性,然后对信息化管理系统设计思路介绍,最后进行了成本管理系统的分析、设计和实现。系统的设计,包括系统业务简介、主要业务用例建模和行为建模以及数据分析和系统的功能需求,该系统的功能包括采购管理、物料库存管理、技术管理、生产管理、销售管理、统计管理、用户管理七个模块。实现的过程利用计算机语言,按企业的成本管理需求开始编写相关程序,利用已采集的各类数据分析汇总,产生出能真实反映生产情况的数据、报表,供使用人群用于实际工作中。设计中要重点考虑到适用性,简便易行并留下适当扩展空间。管理系统的主要作用有：1)为生产管理系统提供可靠的客户、原材料、产成品数据；2)更准确的记载、统计、指导控制经营过程工作量等的数据；3)提升各类数据管理工作的效率。本新型墙体建筑材料成本管理系统采用MVC设计模式,系统的总体结构采用B/S体系结构,选用JAVA语言作为编程语言,在web上与JSP做一个结合,实现数据模型、业务逻辑、视图界面。基于JAVA编程语言,系统运行环境中间件选用tomcat,部署JDK6以上。选择开源数据库MySQL管理系统,最终实现系统的各项设计功能。

This new type of wall building materials all have a common feature, mainly using industrial production waste, such as waste fly ash, construction waste as the main raw materials, which is in line with the current environmental policy of comprehensive recycling of resources and economy. The production of new wall building materials has abandoned the traditional small workshop production, and the new wall building materials produced through large-scale industry have much higher product characteristics than the traditional wall building materials, at the same time, Save a lot of natural resources. However, the production of wall building materials is still a labor-intensive industry, and it is still very weak in the use of information construction. With the rapid development of information technology, how to combine information technology with the production management of traditional manufacturing industry to improve labor efficiency, The aim of reducing cost is the only way for traditional manufacturing industry to get rid of the dilemma and grow up healthily. This paper introduces the demand collection, analysis, design and implementation of a new type of wall building material-fly ash autoclaved aerated concrete block cost management system. Firstly, the actual production and management needs of the enterprise are collected, so that the final cost management system can be more close to the reality. Then the requirement of collecting is analyzed, including the brief introduction of autoclaved concrete block of fly ash, the management and cost management characteristics of wall material enterprise, and the design idea of information management system. Finally, the cost management system is analyzed, designed and implemented. The design of the system includes system business brief, main business use case modeling and behavior modeling, data analysis and functional requirements of the system. The functions of the system include procurement management, material inventory management, technology management, production management, Sales management, statistical management, user management seven modules. The realization of the process using computer language, according to the cost management requirements of the enterprise began to write related procedures, using the collected data analysis and summary of various types of data, to produce a true reflection of the production situation of the data, reports, For the use of the crowd for practical work. The design should focus on suitability, simplicity and proper expansion space. The main functions of the management system are as follows: 1) providing reliable customer, raw material and finished product data for the production management system; 3) improve the efficiency of all kinds of data management. The cost management system of wall building materials adopts MVC design pattern, the overall structure of the system adopts B / S system structure, JAVA language is chosen as programming language, and a combination of JSP and web is used to realize data model and business logic. View interface. Based on JAVA programming language, the middleware of system running environment chooses tomcat, to deploy JDK6 above. Choose the open source database MySQL management system, and finally realize the design functions of the system.
