新常态下对建筑经济成本管理的认识

【摘要】：在建筑领域的不断发展前提下,建筑领域中的管理方法、技术等多个方面都相应的有了很大的提高。无论是施工单位还是业主,其管理理念、施工技术以及成本控制的要求也愈来愈高,成本管理理念方法都逐步落实在施工的各个领域中,为建筑行业在我国经济发展中节约了更多的成本。然而,成本管理方法的增多也导致建筑经济成本管理的多样性和复杂性,造成建筑过程中的协调工作影响更加多样,为减少各类问题对建筑经济成本的管理影响,必须重视成本管理的重要性。
[Abstract]:Under the premise of the continuous development in the field of architecture, the management method, technology and other aspects of the field of architecture have been greatly improved. Whether the construction unit or the owner, its management concept, construction technology and cost control requirements are also higher and higher, cost management concepts and methods are gradually implemented in all fields of construction, For the construction industry in the economic development of our country to save more costs. However, the increase in cost management methods also leads to the diversity and complexity of construction economic cost management, resulting in a more diversified impact of coordination work in the construction process, in order to reduce the impact of various kinds of problems on the management of construction economic costs. The importance of cost management must be emphasized.
