喀什市国税局人力资源管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:本系统是基于先进的软件和高速大容量的硬件基础上的新的人力资源管理模式,通过集中式的信息库、自动处理信息、员工自助服务、外协以及服务共享,达到降低成本、提高效率、改进员工服务模式的目的。 系统采用ASP.NET2.0+IIS技术实现,数据库采用SQL Server2005,部署运行在windows XP系统上。本系统采用管理员制管理,系统功能应包含人事信息管理、考勤信息管理、工资信息管理、培训信息管理、招聘信息管理、报表信息管理等相关信息的管理功能,同时对以上这些功能要实现数据的添加、删除、修改、查询、等相关功能。本系统界面的界面也有相应的要求,要尽量做到简洁、易用,在尽可能的遵照标准化的基础上,同时考虑界面的美观和新颖的性质。 根据具体的需求分析的指导,论文中首先设计了整体方案、各子系统分别的方案和数据库管理的方案。然后,根据实际情况出发,论文中列出了系统实现必须遵循的软件和硬件的条件。在概要设计阶段,论文中用流程图的形式阐明了各个功能模块的实现过程。在详细设计阶段,对每一个模块给出了详细的设计。最后,论文给出了系统整体测试的结果,对全文进行了全面的总结。 本系统实现了人力资源管理的自动化,为管理的决策层提供了准确、精细、迅速的人力资源信息。本系统的应用不仅仅改进了管理方式、优化了企业人力资源管理,更是革新了企业的人力资源管理理念,全面提高了企业内部的运行效率和管理水平,增强了企业的核心竞争力。

Then, according to the actual situation, the paper lists the software and hardware conditions that must be followed in the implementation of the system. In the phase of summary design, the realization process of each function module is explained by flow chart. In the detailed design phase, the detailed design of each module is given. Finally, the paper gives the test results of the whole system, and makes a comprehensive summary of the whole paper. This system realizes the automation of human resource management, and provides accurate, precise and rapid human resource information for the decision-making level of management. The application of this system not only improves the management mode, optimizes the human resource management of the enterprise, but also innovates the concept of the human resource management of the enterprise, and improves the operation efficiency and management level of the enterprise in an all-round way.
