B类超市作业成本法计算体系设计研究

【摘要】：B类超市对城郊普通社区居民的生活以及就业都有一定的影响,然而B类超市目前普遍面临经营困境。采用作业成本法加强B类超市成本管控能力,是促进B类超市应对市场挑战的重要路径之一。本文分析了B类超市应用作业成本法的条件,探索了B类超市作业成本法计算体系设计的原则,并以案例企业为样本完成作业成本法计算体系设计及试算,为B类超市采用作业成本法进行成本管理提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:Class B supermarkets have a certain impact on the daily life and employment of ordinary residents in the suburbs. However, class B supermarkets are generally facing a difficult business situation at present. It is one of the important ways to promote the B supermarket to meet the market challenge to strengthen the cost control ability of class B supermarket by using activity-based costing method. This paper analyzes the conditions of applying Activity-based costing in Class B supermarkets, probes into the principles of designing Activity-Based costing calculation system in Class B supermarkets, and takes a case enterprise as a sample to complete the design and trial calculation of Activity-based costing calculation system. It can be used as a reference for class B supermarket to adopt activity-based costing method to carry out cost management.
