面向服务的制药企业数据集成研究及应用
[Abstract]:In recent decades, modern pharmaceutical enterprises have introduced various business systems to enhance the level of information. However, the business systems are established according to the business requirements of different historical periods, and the data types and forms stored are even more varied. Each data source has the characteristics of heterogeneity and distribution. This leads to the failure of effective data communication and sharing between systems, hinders the use of information resources, creates a large amount of garbage data, redundant data, and forms an "information island". This seriously hinders the development of information technology of modern pharmaceutical enterprises. Therefore, it is very important to provide a new and efficient integration method for distributed heterogeneous data sources, which is especially important for the information construction of modern pharmaceutical enterprises. In this paper, the data integration between ABC cost control system of a pharmaceutical company HZ company and NC customer finance system is studied, and some related technologies and methods of data integration, such as (SOA), Web Services technology and XML technology, are combined. Using Microsoft.NET platform, C # language as the main development language and SQL Server2008 as the database, the data integration platform of service-oriented and activity-based costing is designed and implemented. On the basis of point-to-point data integration, the data-driven production management method and its application are studied because of the need of Activity-Based cost Control (ABC). To sum up, the main contents of the work are as follows: 1. In this paper, the background of the research is described, the methods and development of data integration technology at home and abroad are introduced, the existing problems in the process of information technology in modern pharmaceutical enterprises are analyzed, and the necessity of the research is put forward. 2. This paper analyzes and studies the theory of service-oriented data integration. It includes the concept and method of data integration, service-oriented architecture (SOA) and Web Services technology, and expounds the enterprise requirements of production management based on data integration. This part is the technical foundation of researching service-oriented data integration. 3. A service-oriented data integration model for pharmaceutical enterprises is designed. Based on the service-oriented framework, a service-oriented data integration method and a data integration model for pharmaceutical enterprises are proposed. The model is the key to the implementation of ABC cost calculation system and user friend NC financial system. 4. The service-oriented data integration system is implemented. According to the service-oriented data integration model, the data interface architecture is designed. The system uses B / S architecture, Microsoft.NET platform, C # language as the main development language, SQL Server2008 as the database, and realizes the service-oriented data integration system. The data interaction between the ABC costing system and the user friend NC financial system is completed. 5. A production management method based on data integration is proposed. Based on the model of production cost management, a statistical algorithm based on the key points of activity is proposed, and a production management method oriented to activity cost control is designed and applied to a workshop of HZ Company. Strengthened the enterprise production cost control scientific nature and the accuracy, improved the production benefit. Through the application in the enterprise, it is proved that the service-oriented data integration system designed and implemented in this paper can well meet the demand of enterprise data integration, and not only can effectively shield the distribution, heterogeneity and autonomy of data sources. It also ensures the security and reliability of data transmission. The service-oriented data integration model is also universal and can be applied to the development of other manufacturing enterprise data integration systems. The production management method based on data integration can effectively control the production cost and provide the basis for production scheduling and decision making.
