新常态下商业银行成本控制研究

【摘要】：利率市场化快速推进、金融市场全面开放、金融脱媒加速以及互相网金融的异军突起,银行业传统盈利因素全面回落,收入空间和盈利空间不断缩小,经营模式亟待转型。加强成本管理,构建成本领先竞争优势,成为银行创造价值,打造核心竞争力的重要途径之一。新常态下商业银行成本控制模式,需与商业银行的战略定位紧密结合,着力构建决策科学、配置合理、预算全面、核算精细、管控有力的成本管理体系,从而进一步优化资源配置、调整成本结构、提升核心竞争力,保障并促进银行基本战略实施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of interest rate marketization, the opening of financial market, the acceleration of financial disintermediation and the emergence of internet-based finance, the traditional profit factors of banking industry fall down, the income space and profit space continue to shrink, and the business model needs to be transformed urgently. Strengthening cost management and constructing cost leading competitive advantage have become one of the important ways for banks to create value and build core competence. Under the new normal condition, the cost control mode of commercial banks should be closely combined with the strategic orientation of commercial banks, and the cost management system should be constructed with scientific decision making, reasonable allocation, comprehensive budget, fine accounting and effective management and control. So it can further optimize the allocation of resources, adjust the cost structure, enhance the core competitiveness, and ensure and promote the implementation of the basic strategy of the bank.
