向莆铁路青云山隧道成本控制研究

【摘要】:铁路作为最为庞大的陆路运输系统,经历了多次变革,以适应社会的进步和经济的发展需要。铁路施工项目的成本进度控制对于项目本身也是十分重要的。而对于铁路施工项目成本控制,其根本目的是为国家和社会节约投资,在保证质量和工期需求的基础上,进行合理的成本压缩,能够有效的节约浪费,获取效益和利润。因此,本论文基于对青云山隧道项目研究,对铁路施工企业提高利润水平具有重要意义。本文的主要工作如下: 首先,本文阐述了项目进度管理相关概念和内容,介绍了青云山隧道项目的概况、工程数量、施工组织安排及业主工期要求,实现了对青云山隧道项目全面系统的了解,在此基础上对项目进度计划进行了分析,为以后青云山隧道项目成本的估算和进度计划的编制创造条件。 其次,本文阐述了项目成本管理相关概念和内容,在对青云山隧道项目充分认识的基础上,本文根据青云山隧道项目工程造价主要部分的计算和整合,结合项目进度编制了青云山隧道项目成本计划,并对青云山隧道项目工程造价构成进行分析,项目计划值与实际值对比进行盈亏分析。 再次,本文阐述了项目挣值管理相关概念和内容,主要包括挣值管理的三个基本参数和四个分析指标,在前所述进度成本分析的基础上,对青云山隧道项目的进度和成本综合进行了偏差分析和绩效分析,针对项目执行过程中的问题,提出相应的技术和组织保证措施,为指导项目实际生产提供了帮助。 论文对于向莆铁路青云山隧道项目实施过程的成本进度分析对项目施工实践起到了指导和借鉴作用,也为类似铁路项目的成本以及进度管理提供了参考。
[Abstract]:Railway, as the largest land transportation system, has undergone many changes to meet the needs of social progress and economic development. The cost and schedule control of railway construction project is also very important to the project itself. For the cost control of railway construction project, its basic purpose is to save investment for the country and society. On the basis of ensuring quality and time limit demand, reasonable cost compression can effectively save waste and obtain benefit and profit. Therefore, based on the study of Qingyun Mountain Tunnel Project, this paper is of great significance to improve the profit level of railway construction enterprises. The main work of this paper is as follows: firstly, this paper expounds the concept and content of project schedule management, introduces the general situation of Qingyun Mountain tunnel project, the quantity of the project, the organization of construction and the requirement of owner's time limit. The comprehensive and systematic understanding of Qingyun mountain tunnel project is realized, and the project schedule is analyzed on the basis of this, which creates the conditions for estimating the cost of Qingyun mountain tunnel project and drawing up the schedule plan in the future. Secondly, this paper expounds the concept and content of project cost management. On the basis of full understanding of Qingyun Mountain Tunnel Project, this paper calculates and integrates the main parts of Qingyun Mountain Tunnel Project cost. According to the project schedule, the project cost plan of Qingyun mountain tunnel is worked out, and the cost composition of Qingyun mountain tunnel project is analyzed, and the profit and loss analysis is carried out by comparing the project plan value with the actual value. Thirdly, this paper expounds the concept and content of earned value management, mainly including three basic parameters and four analysis indexes of earned value management, on the basis of the progress cost analysis mentioned above, This paper analyzes the deviation analysis and performance analysis of the progress and cost synthesis of Qingyun Mountain Tunnel Project. Aiming at the problems in the process of project implementation, the corresponding technical and organizational guarantee measures are put forward, which provide help for guiding the actual production of the project. The cost progress analysis of Qingyunshan Tunnel Project in Xiangpu Railway plays a guiding and reference role to the construction practice of the project, and also provides a reference for the cost and schedule management of similar railway projects.
