L公司结合TPS的管理信息系统应用研究

【摘要】:计算机信息技术的高速发展让世界步入了信息时代,软件应用技术的更新换代、信息管理系统应用越来越广泛,企业信息化建设经验的不断积累,使企业深刻的认识到走信息集成化道路的重要性。近几年来,中国的汽车市场迅猛发展,随着汽车行业产能的不断增加,汽车的销售价格同时不断下降,导致汽车配套厂商的价格压力越来越大。如何降低生产成本,提高生产效率成为每个汽配企业最关心的问题。只有很好解决这些问题和不足才能进一步提高企业的生产和管理能力,以适应新形势的需要。 本文以L公司结合TPS的管理信息系统成功应用实施为例,在分析研究过程中,注重运用理论概念,解决企业的实际问题,综合运用观察法、文献研究法、案例研究法、经验总结法等研究方法,介绍汽车零配件企业生产管理的一种新型模式,以精益化生产(TPS)为工具,结合拉动式看板生产管理,实现在Oracle ERP系统中的完美结合,使现场生产准时化、均衡化,满足市场多变的需求,提高企业整体竞争力。为此,本文将深入剖析L公司生产管理的工作现状,指出存在的问题,同时提出解决的方法,最终达到企业生产管理看板化、财务业务一体化、成本管理精细化的目标,为同类企业管理信息系统的实施提供参考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer information technology, the world has entered the information age, the software application technology has been updated, the information management system has been used more and more widely, and the experience of enterprise information construction has been accumulated. Make the enterprise realize deeply the importance of taking the road of information integration. In recent years, with the rapid development of automobile market in China, with the increasing capacity of automobile industry, the sales price of automobile is falling, which leads to the increasing pressure on the price of auto matching manufacturers. How to reduce the production cost and improve the production efficiency has become the most concern of every auto parts enterprise. Only by solving these problems well can the enterprise's production and management ability be further improved to meet the needs of the new situation. Taking the successful application and implementation of the management information system of L Company combined with TPS as an example, in the process of analysis and research, we pay attention to the application of theoretical concepts, solve the practical problems of enterprises, synthetically apply observation method, literature research method, case study method, and so on. This paper introduces a new mode of production management in automobile spare parts enterprises by the method of experience summary. It takes lean production (TPS) as a tool and combines the production management of pull Kanban to realize the perfect combination in Oracle ERP system. Make on-the-spot production just-in-time, equalize, meet the changeable demand of the market, improve the overall competitiveness of the enterprise. For this reason, this paper will deeply analyze the current situation of production management in L Company, point out the existing problems, and at the same time propose the solutions to achieve the goal of enterprise production management Kanban, financial integration, and fine cost management. It provides reference for the implementation of similar enterprise management information system.
