胜利油田钻井工程技术公司精细化管理研究

【摘要】:随着市场经济的不断发展,企业之间的竞争越来越多的表现为细节上的竞争,企业越来越重视细节管理,精细化管理成为企业的重要管理方法。精细化管理成为企业之间竞争的重要因素,在一定程度上决定了企业在竞争中的地位。研究精细化管理,形成有效的精细化管理实施方案,具有重要的理论与现实意义。本文采用文献资料法、实地调查方法与与个案剖析法,对胜利油田钻井工程技术公司精细化管理进行个案研究。 论文的主体内容主要包括四部分:首先对精细化管理理论进行概述,,提出精细化管理的含义及精细化管理的发展历程、内容与方法;其次分析胜利油田钻井工程技术公司精细化管理的现状及存在问题;再次,提出胜利油田钻井工程技术公司精细化管理的优化方案,包括精细化管理目标、精细化管理原则及精细化管理方案的具体内容;最后,根据分析,提出精细化管理实施的保障措施。通过分析,本文得出以下结论:胜利油田钻井工程技术公司应该进一步加强精细化管理的实施,坚持全面、动态、经济的原则,对经营管理、成本管理、安全环保管理以及技术管理等四个方面的精细化管理进行优化。为保障精细化管理优化方案的顺利实施,应该制定精细化管理的战略,提升精细化管理的执行力度,完善精细化管理制度,组建精细化管理的组织机构。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of market economy, the competition among enterprises is more and more detailed competition, enterprises pay more and more attention to detail management, fine management has become an important management method of enterprises. Fine management has become an important factor in the competition among enterprises, to a certain extent, determines the position of enterprises in the competition. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study fine management and form an effective implementation scheme of fine management. In this paper, the fine management of Shengli Oilfield drilling Engineering Technology Company is studied by using the methods of literature, field investigation and case analysis. The main content of the paper mainly includes four parts: firstly, the fine management theory is summarized, and the meaning of fine management and the development course, content and method of fine management are put forward. Secondly, the present situation and existing problems of fine management in Shengli Oilfield drilling Engineering and Technology Company are analyzed. Thirdly, the optimization scheme of fine management of Shengli Oilfield drilling Engineering Technology Company is put forward, including fine management objectives, fine management principles and the specific contents of fine management scheme. Finally, according to the analysis, this paper puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of fine management. Through the analysis, this paper draws the following conclusions: Shengli Oilfield drilling Engineering and Technology Company should further strengthen the implementation of fine management, adhere to the principles of comprehensive, dynamic and economic, management, cost management, The fine management of safety and environmental protection management and technical management is optimized. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the fine management optimization scheme, the strategy of fine management should be formulated, the execution of fine management should be promoted, the fine management system should be perfected, and the organization of fine management should be set up.
