【摘要】：管理科学是工业文明的产物,而在后工业时代,管理对个体创造性的约束和限制变得日益显著。在此背景下,治理科学的学科建设就变得至关重要。一方面,工业社会向后工业社会前进所产生的复杂问题对构建治理科学提出了时代要求。另一方面,对传统管理科学的批判以及中国学界关于"治理"的讨论为构建治理科学奠定了学科基础。治理科学应由治理哲学、治理法学、治理政治学、治理社会学、治理经济学、治理教育学、治理预见学、治理应用学等次级学科构成。治理科学的构建是一项极为复杂的系统工程,一方面需要对其进行顶层设计,另一方面也需要社会各界的广泛参与。治理科学的发展不能仅仅用学科发展的视野来考察,而要把它看成是中国社会科学界争取国际话语权的重要努力。由于有关治理科学的讨论并未在国际上出现,因此中国在这一领域的创新就成为重要的学科创新,从而可以为中国学术界在国际上争取话语权提供重要的支撑。
[Abstract]:Management science is a product of industrial civilization, and in the post industrial era, management constraints and restrictions on individual creativity has become increasingly significant. Under this background, the subject construction of scientific management is very important. On the one hand, the industrial society to the post industrial progress generated by the complex problems of the requirements of the times for the construction of scientific governance. On the other on the one hand, criticism on the traditional scientific management and discuss the China circles on the "governance" for the construction of scientific management laid the foundation. The scientific discipline should be governance philosophy of governance, governance governance law, political science, sociology and economics of governance, governance, governance, education, governance, governance foresight studies, application of sub discipline form the establishment of governance. Science is a very complex system engineering, on the one hand, the need for top-level design, on the other hand also need a wide range of community participation and scientific governance. The development not only to examine a subject development perspective, and should regard it as important to Chinese social science circles for international discourse. The discussion about governance of Science in the world did not appear, so Chinese innovation in this field has become an important subject of innovation, which can Chinese for academic discourse the right to provide important support.
