【摘要】：地方政府的建设能力对于地方发展有重要的意义。地方政府承担着重要的基层工作任务,管理的科学性和有效性实现能够极大的提升人民群众的生活水平,提升地方建设的整体实力,改善民生环境,为人民群众创造更多的福利。本文以绿色公共管理理论为支撑,结合地方政府建设的具体工作进行分析,为地方政府职能的完善带来有效的建议。
[Abstract]:The building capacity of local governments is of great significance to local development. Local governments undertake important tasks of grass-roots work. The realization of scientific and effective management can greatly improve the living standards of the people, improve the overall strength of local construction, improve the environment of the people's livelihood and create more welfare for the people. The green public management theory supports the specific work of local government construction and provides effective suggestions for the improvement of local government functions.
