基于BI技术的政府网站日志分析系统设计与应用

【摘要】:政府网站发展十余年,已经成为政府提高公共管理服务水平的重要手段,政府网站承载着宣传、信息公开、服务等多项功能,是充分发挥服务型政府作用的窗口。政府网站为政府公共管理能力的提升创造了条件。政府可以使用各种新技术手段实现信息化管理,收集信息、处理信息、传递信息、沟通信息将以更快捷、更经济的方式进行,公众通过政府网站及时获取政府各方面的信息,政府也能够通过网站获知公众对公共服务的要求并对公众提出的各种要求迅速做出反应,最大程度满足公众的服务要求。 政府网站已经积累了大量数据。而且相关责任部门充分意识到这些数据的重要性,将数据做了存储和备份。面对海量数据,如何对数据统计分析,并进一步深入分析并未形成体制,形成一定规模的应用。本文重点研究了BI在政府网站的应用。作者完成的主要工作如下:(1)按照一定的格式记录网站日志,并对日志进行处理,使日志可以用于统计分析(2)多维度统计分析网站数据,从网站访问量、访问区域、访问来源多个维度分析,为网站维护、网站推广、领导决策等提供依据(3)统计热点服务,分析公众访问网站的实际需求(4)通过对用户行为的分析,将关联度高的栏目进行关联方便公众快速找到相关的信息。通过以上工作,使政府网站数据的使用得到了全面的提升,网站报表工作效率大幅提高,充分了解公众访问政府网站的实际需求,政府与公众的互动更加和谐精准,实现了政府网站为公众服务的模式创新。 通过Business Intelligence[简称为BI,即商务智能)在政府网站的应用优化了网站结构,在精准感知用户的需求和体验之后及时总结,通过页面优化、栏目调整等措施有效地反馈,体现了政府的服务性,使政府网站和公众之间形成和谐的互动。通过对网站访问的深入分析,分析公众访问网站的规律,有计划的做好网站日常运维,保证了网站的平稳运行。
[Abstract]:The government website has been developed for more than ten years and has become an important means for the government to improve the service level of public administration. The government website carries many functions, such as propaganda, information publicity, service and so on, and is the window to give full play to the role of the service-oriented government. The government website has created the condition for the government public management ability enhancement. The government can use all kinds of new technological means to realize information management, collect information, process information, transmit information and communicate information in a faster and more economical way, and the public can get all kinds of government information in time through the government website. The government can also be informed of the public's demands for public services through the website and can respond quickly to the various demands of the public to meet the public's service requirements to the greatest extent possible. Government websites have accumulated a lot of data. And the responsible departments are fully aware of the importance of the data and make data storage and backup. In the face of massive data, how to analyze the data statistically, and further analyze the system without forming a system, forming a certain scale of application. This paper focuses on the application of BI in government websites. The main work accomplished by the author is as follows: (1) recording the website log according to a certain format and processing the log, so that the log can be used for statistical analysis (2) multi-dimensional statistical analysis of website data, from the site visits, visit the area, It provides the basis for website maintenance, website promotion, leadership decision making and so on. (3) Statistics hot spot service, analyzes the actual demand of the public visit website (4) through the analysis to the user behavior, It is convenient for the public to find the relevant information quickly by associating the column with high correlation degree. Through the above work, the use of government website data has been comprehensively improved, website reporting efficiency has been greatly improved, fully understand the actual needs of the public to visit government websites, and the interaction between the government and the public is more harmonious and accurate. The government website for the public service model innovation. Through the application of Business Intelligence (BI, Business Intelligence) in the government website, the website structure is optimized. After accurately perceiving users' needs and experiences, they are summed up in a timely manner, and effective feedback is provided through the measures of page optimization, column adjustment, etc. It reflects the service nature of the government and makes the government website and the public form a harmonious interaction. Through the in-depth analysis of website visit, the law of public visiting website is analyzed, and the daily operation and maintenance of website are planned to ensure the smooth operation of website.
