多元文化视角下鄂伦春自治旗民族教育管理研究

【摘要】:民族教育具有传递民族传统文化与人类智慧结晶的功能,是解决民族成员心理不适与少数民族传统文化传承困境的最有效的途径之一。以公平、效率、和谐为基本价值取向的教育管理,能推动教育事业的快速、可持续的发展,有助于促进少数民族地区的社会繁荣进步和民族文化传承,推动经济全面发展,维护民族团结与边疆地区的稳定。 鄂伦春自治旗成立62年以来,随着社会跨越与经济发展,民族教育事业迅速发展,取得了巨大的成绩。但总体来讲,由于受文化、自然、社会、经济等因素的影响,目前还存在教育经费投入不足、职业教育发展缓慢等问题。尤其是随着现代化进程的推进,民族文化传承的自然进程产生断裂,原生态的民族文化生存受到严峻考验,亟需构建一个多元民族文化教育传承机制,实现民族文化解困。 本文在多元文化视角下,,运用统计分析法、文献法和田野调查法,全面分析鄂伦春自治旗内部与外部公共环境,评估影响民族教育管理条件,系统研究鄂伦春自治旗民族教育管理的现状与现实问题。并试图依据鄂伦春自治旗民族教育发展的现实需要,运用科学发展的理念,构建一个完善的民族教育管理体制、多元教育经费投入机制和健全多元文化教学体制。旨在探讨以最佳的公共管理方式,最大限度的整合优质教育资源,实现教育事业的发展,进一步促进鄂伦春民族教育事业的发展,实现民族文化解困。
[Abstract]:Ethnic education has the function of transmitting the crystallization of national traditional culture and human wisdom. It is one of the most effective ways to solve the psychological discomfort of ethnic members and the inheritance dilemma of minority traditional culture. The educational management, which takes fairness, efficiency and harmony as the basic value orientation, can promote the rapid and sustainable development of education, promote the social prosperity and progress in minority areas and the inheritance of national culture, and promote the overall development of economy. To maintain national unity and stability in the border areas. Since the establishment of Oroqun Autonomous Banner 62 years ago, with the development of society and economy, ethnic education has developed rapidly and made great achievements. But generally speaking, due to the influence of culture, nature, society, economy and other factors, there are still some problems such as insufficient investment in education funds and slow development of vocational education. Especially with the advancement of modernization, the natural process of national culture inheritance is broken, and the survival of the original national culture is severely tested. It is urgent to construct a multi-national cultural education inheritance mechanism to solve the difficulties of national culture. From the perspective of multiculturalism, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external public environment of Oroqun Autonomous Banner by means of statistical analysis, literature and field investigation, and evaluates the conditions affecting the management of ethnic education. This paper systematically studies the present situation and practical problems of ethnic education management in Oroqun Autonomous Banner. According to the actual needs of the development of ethnic education in Oroqun Autonomous Banner, the author tries to construct a perfect national education management system, a multi-education fund investment mechanism and a multi-cultural teaching system by using the scientific development concept. The purpose of this paper is to explore the best way of public administration, to integrate high quality educational resources to the maximum extent, to realize the development of education, to further promote the development of Oroqian national education, and to realize the national culture to solve the difficulties.
