【摘要】：作为一种公共管理的经典理论——治理理论以独特的姿态呈现在社会公众面前,并为地方图书馆支撑体系建设提供了思路:一是图书馆治理实现多元管理模式;二是重视社会力量的责任,实现经费渠道多元化;三是挖掘新的管理技术和方法,提升资源利用率。
[Abstract]:As a classical theory of public management, the theory of governance presents itself to the public in a unique manner, and provides some ideas for the construction of the supporting system of the local library: first, the management of the library realizes the pluralistic management mode; The second is to pay attention to the responsibility of social forces to realize the diversification of funding channels, and the third is to excavate new management techniques and methods to improve the utilization rate of resources.
