云南经管院教师绩效考核管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着中国高职教育的不断发展,高职院校师资队伍不断壮大,但是一直存在教学效率低、流失率大等问题,因此优化教师绩效考核管理成为刻不容缓。要充分发挥信息化建设在教师绩效考核管理上的优势,以此促进教师绩效改革,提高教师教学效率,为学生提供更好的教学服务。 本文详细的解释了绩效考核和应用于此方面的管理软件的国内外研究状况,深入了解了绩效考核和管理方面的专业知识,其中包括绩效考核与管理的专业知识、高职院校教师绩效考核的作用和常用的绩效考核方法;仔细认真的考察研究了云南经济管理职业学院教师业绩考核的现实状况,提出我院教师绩效考核的基本原则和指标体系;对云南经济管理职业学院教师绩效考核管理系统开发过程中使用的软件平台和工具进行了介绍。 本课题根据云南经济管理职业学院教师绩效考核的现实状况,开发并实现了本系统。系统采用了三层架构的B/S模式,开发平台选择了.NET,开发语言使用了ASP.NET,数据库选择了SQL Server。系统设计实现的具体工作如下: 1.对系统进行了可行性分析和需求分析,画出了用例图; 2.进行了系统架构,完成了系统的功能模块和数据库的设计; 3.叙述了用户登录模块、教师管理模块、学生管理模块、绩效考核管理模块、公共管理模块的具体实现过程。 通过本系统的使用,实现了云南经济管理职业学院教师绩效考核管理的自动化,有效的利用了我院现有的网络资源,促进了学院的数字化校园建设,为学院的人力资源管理提供更为高效的管理方式,提高了教师绩效考核管理的效率和质量。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of higher vocational education in China, the teaching staff of higher vocational colleges has been growing, but there have been problems such as low teaching efficiency and high wastage rate, so it is urgent to optimize the management of teachers' performance appraisal. It is necessary to give full play to the advantages of information construction in the management of teachers' performance appraisal, so as to promote the reform of teachers' performance, improve the teaching efficiency of teachers, and provide better teaching services for students. This paper explains in detail the domestic and foreign research status of performance appraisal and management software applied in this respect, and deeply understands the professional knowledge of performance appraisal and management, including the professional knowledge of performance appraisal and management. The function of teachers' performance appraisal in higher vocational colleges and the commonly used performance appraisal methods; This paper carefully studies the reality of the performance assessment of teachers in Yunnan Economic and Management Vocational College, and puts forward the basic principles and index system of the performance appraisal of teachers in Yunnan Economic and Management Vocational College. This paper introduces the software platform and tools used in the development of the teacher performance appraisal management system in Yunnan Vocational College of Economic Management. According to the current situation of teachers' performance appraisal in Yunnan Economic Management Vocational College, this paper develops and realizes the system. The system adopts the three-tier architecture of BES mode, the development platform chooses. Net, the development language uses the ASP.NET, database to select the SQL Server.. The specific work of the system design and implementation is as follows: 1. The feasibility analysis and requirement analysis of the system are carried out, and the use case diagram is drawn. Has carried on the system structure, has completed the system function module and the database design; 3.has completed the system function module and the database design; This paper describes the realization process of user login module, teacher management module, student management module, performance appraisal management module and public management module. Through the use of this system, the automation of the teachers' performance appraisal management in Yunnan Economic Management Vocational College is realized, the existing network resources in our college are effectively utilized, and the digital campus construction of the college is promoted. It provides a more efficient management mode for the human resources management of the college, and improves the efficiency and quality of the teachers' performance appraisal management.
