餐饮业男性与女性农民工工资影响因素的实证分析

【摘要】: 本文通过介绍工资理论的发展以及在国内外的应用研究成果,确定了影响农民工工资的因素分为人力资本因素、社会资本因素和工作状况因素等三大类。其中人力资本因素包括:年龄、受教育年限、职业资格证书、专业技术培训、婚姻状况、全部工龄和本企业工龄。社会资本因素包括有无参加工会和求职方式。工作状况因素包括餐饮业限额、劳动合同有无和工作岗位性质。再以2009年呼和浩特市餐饮业农民工工资调查问卷为基础,按照性别、年龄、文化程度、岗位性质和找工作方式等要素分类,总结了农民工工资统计数据的基本特征。发现男性农民工平均工资远高于女性,工资随年龄的增加先增后减。此外,按照农民工文化程度、岗位性质和求职方式的不同分类的平均工资会有较大差别。运用多元回归分析的方法分别建立呼和浩特市男性与女性农民工工资影响因素模型,并剔除掉没有通过显著性检验工资模型中各个解释变量,再分别研究影响男性与女性农民工的工资的影响因素。发现餐饮业男性农民工中年龄、职业资格证书、本企业工龄、餐饮业限额、技术类岗位等因素对工资有显著的正向影响,而女性农民工中年龄、职业资格证书、本企业工龄、求职方式、餐饮业限额和管理类岗位等因素对工资有显著的正向影响。而作为参加工会、签订劳动合同并没有对提升男性与女性农民工工资发挥明显的作用。最终根据这一结论有针对性的对政府、餐饮企业和农民工提出合理的措施与办法,真正的为提高农民工工资出谋划策。
[Abstract]:Through the introduction of the development of wage theory and the application of research results at home and abroad, this paper determines that the factors affecting migrant workers' wages can be divided into human capital factors. The factors of human capital include: age, years of education, professional qualification certificate, professional technical training, marital status. Total length of service and length of service in the enterprise. Social capital factors include whether to join a trade union and the way to apply for a job. The working status factor includes the quota of catering industry. Based on the 2009 Huhhot restaurant migrant workers wage survey questionnaire, according to gender, age, education level. The basic characteristics of migrant workers' wage statistics are summarized. It is found that the average wage of male migrant workers is much higher than that of women, and the wages increase first and then decrease with the increase of age. According to the education level of migrant workers. There will be great differences in the average wage between different job types and the nature of the post. By using the method of multiple regression analysis, the factors influencing the wage of male and female migrant workers in Hohhot City are established respectively. And eliminate all the explanatory variables in the wage model without significant test, and then study the factors that affect the wages of male and female migrant workers respectively. Found that the catering industry male migrant workers age, vocational qualification certificate. The enterprise length of service, catering industry quotas, technical posts and other factors have a significant positive impact on wages, and female migrant workers in the age, vocational qualifications, the company's length of service, the way to seek employment. Factors such as restaurant quotas and managerial positions have a significant positive impact on wages. The signing of labor contracts did not play an obvious role in promoting the wages of male and female migrant workers. Finally, according to this conclusion, the government, catering enterprises and migrant workers put forward reasonable measures and measures. The real plan for raising migrant workers' wages.
