大连四方盛世酒店基层员工培训问题诊断分析

【摘要】:随着时代的发展和进步,企业间的人才竞争日益加剧,而培训作为提升企业人力资本竞争实力的有效途径,已倍受关注。第三产业对于我国经济的快速发展起了十分重要的作用,酒店类企业做为第三产业的主力军正面临着从业人员的文化素质较低、流动率较高的问题,因此,通过加强企业员工的培训工作,进而提升整体实力对于酒店类企业来说具有十分重要的意义。本文以大连四方盛世酒店的基层员工培训为调查及分析的对象,针对大连四方盛世酒店在基层员工培训工作中存在的问题,提出大连四方盛世酒店基层员工培训工作的改进方案及相应的配套措施,希冀对同类企业提供参考。本文以需求层次理论、人力资本理论等理论为指导,通过发放调查问卷及走访调查等方式获得调查数据,运用图表分析法对调查结果进行分类汇总,在对调查数据的系统分析的基础上,找出该酒店在基层员工培训工作中存在的问题,如酒店管理者对于基层员工的培训工作缺乏重视,企业未能建立完善的培训体系、培训制度不规范以及师资力量薄弱等,同时对产生问题的原因进行深入分析,并提出了大连四方盛世酒店基层员工培训工作的改进方案以及保障该方案有效实施的配套措施,如企业从自身修炼打造良好的内部环境、加强培训组织建设、建立完善的培训制度、树立终身学习的理念等。通过以上研究本文得出如下结论,员工培训能够提高员工综合素质、增强员工对企业的归属感,进而增强企业的凝聚力,而员工培训必须以完善的培训体系做保障,因此,大连四方盛世酒店应重视企业的人力资源管理工作,加强员工培训工作,建立完善的培训体系,帮助员工做好职业发展规划,为企业员工长远发展打造良好的平台。
[Abstract]:With the development and progress of the times, the competition for talent among enterprises is increasing, while training as an effective way to improve the competitive strength of the enterprise human capital, has attracted much attention. The third industry plays a very important role for the rapid development of China's economy, hotel enterprises as the main force of the third industry is facing practitioners cultural quality is low, the flow rate is higher, therefore, through the strengthening of enterprise staff training, and enhance the overall strength is very important for hotel enterprises. The object of this hotel in Dalian square Sheng Shi grass-roots staff training for the investigation and analysis, aimed at the Broadway Hotel Dalian is at the grassroots level staff training in the work of the problem, put forward the improvement scheme of Dalian Broadway Hotel staff training work and corresponding measures, hoping to provide reference for similar enterprises Test. This paper takes the hierarchy of needs theory, human capital theory as the guide, through the questionnaire survey data and interview investigation, using chart analysis method to classify the results of the survey, based on the analysis of the survey data on the system, find out the hotel at the grass-roots staff training problems such as hotel managers lack the grass-roots staff training attention, enterprises to establish and improve the training system, training system is not standardized and the teachers are weak, and the causes of the problems are deeply analyzed, and put forward the improvement scheme of Dalian Broadway Hotel staff training and supporting measures to ensure the effective implementation of the program if the enterprise from their own practice, to create a good internal environment, strengthen the training of organization construction, establish and perfect the training system of lifelong learning The concept. This article draws the following conclusion through the above research, staff training to improve the overall quality of staff, enhance their sense of belonging to the enterprise, and enhance the cohesion of the enterprise and the employee training must be perfect training system to do security, therefore, Dalian Sifang Sheng Shi Hotel should pay attention to the enterprise human resources management, strengthen staff the training work, establish and improve the training system, help the staff to do the occupation development plan, to create a good platform for the long-term development of enterprises.
