如家青岛酒店管理学院店人力资源管理优化研究

【摘要】:随着酒店行业的发展,各类别酒店竞争加剧,作为一类重要的酒店企业,经济型酒店,该行业内部竞争已不局限于客源竞争、市场竞争、品牌竞争等,经济型酒店用工难、留工难等问题愈发严重,高质量人力资源竞争呈现白热化状态。因此,研究如何使经济型酒店人力资源管理合理、健康、有序的发展是一个有意义的课题。 本文首先对本研究的背景和国内外相关研究的现状进行了介绍,,并分析了本研究的理论意义和实践意义;其次,对经济型酒店人力资源管理的相关理论进行了系统阐述,包括经济型酒店人力资源管理的现状、特点、理论依据和实践依据等;在此基础上,对如家青岛酒店管理学院店人力资源管理现状进行了SWOT分析,并对如家青岛酒店管理学院店人力资源现状进了了评价总结;最后,结合如家青岛酒店管理学院店的现状和特点,提出了其人力资源管理优化建议。研究发现,以校企合作为基础的校园型经济酒店人力资源管理模式能使学校更好地了解经济、社会发展对人才素质的需求及其发展趋势,不断促进学校教学内容和教学方法的改革,使职业教育与社会实践紧密结合,促使学校把对学生的培养过程与酒店对人力资源的要求有机结合起来,使培养的人才适应酒店、行业、社会的需要,缩短员工和酒店的磨合期,降低酒店的培训成本和劳动成本,能有力地提升酒店的竞争力。但是,这一人力资源管理模式仍有待完善,在法律保障、合作动力、资源调控等方面还有很多弊端有待解决。如家青岛酒店管理学院店应从潜能挖掘、成本控制和考核机制的优化三个方面着手,以课堂和教材的优化、人力资源资源共享模式和组织结构的优化为手段,不断强化教学的实践性,树立科学的人力资源管理理念,完善员工职业规划和培训体系,实现人力资源的最大价值。
[Abstract]:With the development of hotel industry, the competition of various types of hotels intensifies. As a kind of important hotel enterprise, economy hotel, the internal competition of this industry is not limited to the competition of customers, market, brand, etc. The problem of hard to stay is becoming more and more serious, and the competition of high quality human resources is becoming more and more intense. Therefore, it is a meaningful task to study how to make the human resource management of economical hotel reasonable, healthy and orderly. This paper first introduces the background of this study and the current situation of relevant research at home and abroad, and analyzes the theoretical and practical significance of this study; secondly, the related theories of economic hotel human resources management are systematically expounded. It includes the current situation, characteristics, theoretical and practical basis of human resource management of economy hotel. On this basis, the SWOT analysis of the current situation of human resource management in the hotel management institute of Qingdao is carried out. Finally, combined with the present situation and characteristics of the hotel management institute of Qingdao, the author puts forward the suggestion of optimizing the human resource management. The campus Budget Inn human resource management model based on the cooperation of school and enterprise can make the school better understand the demand and development trend of talents quality in economic and social development, and promote the reform of teaching content and teaching method. Combining vocational education with social practice, promoting the school to combine the training process of students with the requirements of human resources in hotels, so that the trained talents can meet the needs of hotel, industry and society. Shortening the running-in period of the staff and hotel, reducing the training cost and labor cost of the hotel, can enhance the competitiveness of the hotel. However, this human resource management model still needs to be perfected, protected by law, and the motive force of cooperation. There are still many disadvantages to be solved, such as tapping potential, optimizing the cost control and assessment mechanism, optimizing the classroom and teaching materials, and so on. The mode of human resource sharing and the optimization of organization structure are the means to strengthen the practicality of teaching, set up the scientific idea of human resource management, perfect the system of staff's career planning and training, and realize the maximum value of human resource.
