摘要：

酒店管理专业是现代社会经济发展所需的热门专业，酒店行业对酒店管理专业的人才需求有着高标准的要求。随着我国酒店业的国际化程度越来越高，酒店管理专业的教学模式也应随之而改革创新。通过比较国外成功的酒店管理学院的办学特色，分析我国酒店管理专业教学中的不足，提出国际化背景下酒店管理专业教学模式革新的建议。

Abstract： 

Hotel management is one of the hot majors needed for the development of the society and economy, and the hotel industry has high standards for the graduates. With the development of internationalization of our nation- al hotel industry, the teaching model should also be reformed. Based on the analysis on the characteristics of the suc- cessful hotel management school abroad and on the problems existing in our national hotel majors'teaching, the paper puts forward the advice to innovate the teaching model of the hotel major based in the internationalization condition.
