【摘要】:JS酒店是韶关市仁化县一家中型商务酒店。JS酒店曾是某国有矿山企业的后勤接待部门,随着国企改革的深入,为适应经济体制改革的需要,减轻矿山经济负担,该企业招待所在2000年改制为JS酒店,成为独立核算、自负盈亏的全民所有制企业,独立承担民事和法律责任,行政上隶属某国有矿山企业行政处。近年来,酒店依托地理位置的优势及企业的扶持,一直保持着较稳的发展。但由于其自身的局限性,管理薄弱、员工流动大、营销推广不足等方面的原因,JS酒店并没有有效利用资源发挥出应有的竞争优势。同时,随着丹霞山景区申遗成功,游客增多,本土和外资的酒店数量不断增长,JS酒店开始面临着激烈的竞争和压力,酒店入住率也严重下降。因此,JS酒店要想提高入住率,实现持续发展,迫切需要制定一套行之有效的发展战略。本文通过对JS酒店发展概况、内外部环境及优劣势的分析,找出酒店入住率低的原因,然后制定出适合酒店发展的战略,通过战略的实施和监控来提高酒店入住率,为酒店以后的发展提供参考。
