【摘要】：人事管理系统是企业信息管理系统的核心组成部分,良好的人事管理系统有助于企事业单位管理好企业内部员工的信息,快速的核算员工工资和绩效等信息,分析统计单位内部的多种信息,帮助企业做出更合适的决策。本系统结合作者所在文化传媒企业的人事和制度等实际的情况,经过深入广泛的走访调查获得了系统需求,采用应用广泛的Java开发语言、功能完善的My Eclipse作为平台、易学易用的关系型数据库管理系统SQL Server、功能强大的Visio建模工具,经过需求分析、系统分析与建模、系统设计与建模、系统测试与完善等过程设计开发而成。本着界面友好、操作简便、灵活实用角度出发,实现了完善的员工信息管理子系统、便捷的出勤信息管理子系统、友好的工资信息管理子系统、公正的奖惩信息管理子系统、客观的绩效信息管理子系统、强大的统计子系统。通过本系统,普通员工可以通过姓名或工号查询员工档案信息、员工工资信息、出勤信息、奖惩信息和绩效信息等;管理员可通过部门名或部门编号查询部门所有员工的信息,对员工信息进行登记、修改、删除、检索、查找、统计等,可以查询、修改和统计员工的上班、下班、请假和加班等信息,可根据出勤情况、绩效考核、公积金、养老金、员工岗位、职务和福利信息等信息核算工资,可以登记、修改、查询和统计员工的奖惩信息,根据员工的出勤情况、奖惩信息和工作量信息等计算绩效,并能够根据需要进行增加、查询、删除和修改。绩效信息包括工号、姓名、奖励数量、惩罚数量、合计等,可以按部门统计。本系统可以为文化传媒企业提供信息存储、信息检索、信息统计等服务,极大地提高人事管理的效率。
