以审判为中心视野下公安刑侦工作的问题及其改革

【摘要】：以审判为中心的诉讼制度改革是全面深化司法体制改革、全面深化公安改革的一项重要任务。以审判为中心内涵丰富,对照其原则理念,受长期以来以侦查为中心诉讼模式之影响,当前公安刑侦工作在思维理念、证据收集、配套制度建设、绩效考核等方面还面临一些问题。秉持"体系化"改革思路,可从思维理念转变、相关制度机制健全完善、考核指标调整等方面综合着力,推进新形势下公安刑侦工作之改革创新。
[Abstract]:The reform of litigation system centered on trial is an important task to deepen the reform of judicial system and the reform of public security in an all-round way. Under the influence of the investigation as the center of litigation mode for a long time, the current public security criminal investigation work in the concept of thinking, evidence collection, supporting system construction. Performance evaluation and other aspects are still facing some problems. Adhering to the "systematization" reform ideas, from the thinking concept change, relevant system and mechanism perfect, assessment index adjustment and other aspects of comprehensive efforts. To promote the reform and innovation of public security criminal investigation under the new situation.
