企业转型过程中的组织能力建设——以Y公司为案例

【摘要】:随着企业外部环境的动态性与复杂性程度的提升,组织需要解决外部环境与内部能力不匹配的问题,组织转型与变革是应对动态复杂环境的重要方式,而在这个过程中,企业的组织能力也得到了一定的增长,组织转型过程与组织能力建设过程共同构成了企业解决新问题的过程,实现竞争优势的提升与企业的持续成长。本文通过对Y公司转型及其过程中组织能力的建设分析,得出以下三个结论:(1)组织的转型过程也蕴含着组织能力的建设过程,两者不可分离,没有先后的关系,是一个动态的持续过程;(2)组织转型与组织能力建设分别指向不同的组织发展状态,组织通过转型实现了在绩效上的突破以及新的发展模式,而组织能力建设过程则指向了组织持续发展的动力以及组织内部成长所具备的能力体系;(3)组织转型与组织能力建设过程中是以问题-能力互相驱动的协同模式不断前进的,组织转型是要解决组织所面临来自外部环境和内部管理的问题,而能力建设则聚焦于对新问题的解决。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of the dynamic and complexity of the external environment, the organization needs to solve the problem of the mismatch between the external environment and the internal capability. Organizational transformation and transformation is an important way to deal with the dynamic and complex environment, and in this process, The organizational ability of enterprises has also been increased to a certain extent. The process of organizational transformation and the process of building organizational capacity together constitute the process of solving new problems. Based on the analysis of the transformation of Y Company and the construction of its organizational capacity, the following three conclusions are drawn: (1) the process of organizational transformation also contains the process of building organizational capacity. It is a dynamic and continuous process that organizational transformation and organizational capacity building respectively point to different organizational development states. Through transformation, the organization has achieved a breakthrough in performance and a new development model. However, the process of organizational capacity building points to the motive force of the sustainable development of the organization and the capability system of the internal growth of the organization. (3) in the process of organizational transformation and organizational capacity building, the cooperative mode of problem-ability mutual driving is constantly advancing. Organizational transformation is to solve the problems that the organization faces from external environment and internal management, while capacity-building focuses on solving new problems.
