孵化器编配能力对孵化网络创新绩效影响研究——网络协同效应的中介作用

【摘要】：孵化器的网络化发展使孵化器承载协同网络主体互动、推动网络演进的功能得以体现。本研究将编配理论引入企业孵化网络,提出孵化器编配能力,以194家初创在孵企业为样本,探讨网络视角下孵化器编配能力在网络协同效应的中介作用下对孵化网络创新绩效的影响机理。研究结果表明:(1)孵化器编配能力的知识迁移能力维度、创新保护能力维度、网络稳定能力维度对网络协同效应和孵化网络创新绩效均有显著的正向影响;(2)网络协同效应在知识迁移能力维度与孵化网络创新绩效之间表现出完全中介作用,而在创新保护能力维度、网络稳定能力维度与孵化网络创新绩效之间起部分中介作用。研究结论为完善孵化器能力构建与评价体系、解释孵化器绩效差异与孵化资源配置过程提供了新的理论视角,进一步深化了企业孵化理论。
[Abstract]:The network development of the incubator makes the incubator carry the interaction of the main body of the cooperative network and the function of promoting the evolution of the network. In this study, the theory of the business incubator is introduced into the incubator network, and the allocation ability of the incubator is put forward. Take 194 startups as a sample, This paper probes into the influence mechanism of incubator allocation ability on hatching network innovation performance under the medium of network synergy. The results show that the dimension of knowledge transfer ability and innovation protection ability of incubator allocation capability is one of the dimensions of knowledge transfer ability and innovation protection ability of incubator allocation capability. The dimension of network stability ability has a significant positive effect on network synergy and incubating network innovation performance.) Network synergy has a complete intermediary effect between knowledge transfer ability dimension and incubating network innovation performance. But in the innovation protection ability dimension, the network stability ability dimension and the incubation network innovation performance, the research conclusion is to perfect the incubator ability construction and the appraisal system. Explaining the differences in incubator performance and the process of allocation of incubator resources provides a new theoretical perspective and further deepens the theory of incubator.
