转型经济条件下管理者关系对企业绩效的影响研究

【摘要】:在转型经济条件下,由于市场机制的不完善、外部制度环境的不确定和不正当竞争的存在,企业要想在激烈的市场竞争维持企业的生存和发展,充分利用管理者关系以获得企业所需要的稀缺性资源至关重要。管理者关系既包括管理者与商业伙伴的商业关系,又包括管理者与政府官员之间的政治关系。作为世界上最大的发展中国家,中国正处于经济转型和结构调整关键时期。在此背景下,研究管理者关系对企业绩效的影响,不仅仅是企业管理实践需要考虑的问题,也是企业管理研究的重要议题。现有的管理研究从不同角度考察了管理者关系与企业绩效的关系,但是,对企业管理者关系对企业绩效影响的中介机制的探讨较少,更少有研究从动态能力的视角,考察如何把管理者关系获得的稀缺性的资源转化为能够企业带来比较竞争优势的动态能力,以提高企业绩效。此外,在考虑管理者关系对企业绩效影响的边界条件的研究中,对于转型经济条件下微观经济主体的竞争因素,尤其是来自非正规部门竞争因素的调节因素的研究较少。因此,在回顾现有文献和理论的基础上,本研究结合中国转型经济条件下的特殊背景条件,从动态能力理论中关于资源的丰富性整合和开创性整合的视角,考察企业管理者的商业关系和政治关系如何通过企业的创新模式——探索式创新和利用式创新影响企业绩效,同时考虑来自非正规部门竞争的调节影响。本研究通过采用世界银行调查集团关于中国民营企业的调研数据,运用Stata 14.2软件对各个变量之间的关系进行了实证分析,得出了以下结论。首先,管理者的政治关系和商业关系可以通过企业探索式创新和利用式创新的中介作用对企业绩效产生影响。其中,管理者的商业关系对企业的探索式创新和利用式创新都有正向的影响,管理者的政治关系对企业的探索式创新有负向的影响,而对企业利用式创新活动有正向的影响。企业的探索式创新和利用式创新对企业绩效产生正向的影响。同时,本研究还证实了非正规部门竞争的调节作用,认为非正规部门竞争会负向调节商业关系与探索式创新的关系,而正向调节管理者的政治关系与利用式创新的关系。本文的研究对管理关系与企业绩效的研究和企业管理实践具有一定的指导意义。
[Abstract]:Under the condition of transition economy, because of the imperfect market mechanism, the uncertainty of external institutional environment and the existence of unfair competition, enterprises want to maintain the survival and development of enterprises in the fierce market competition. It is important to make full use of management relationships to obtain the scarce resources that an enterprise needs. Management relationships include business relationships between managers and business partners. As the largest developing country in the world, China is in a critical period of economic transition and structural adjustment. It is not only a problem to be considered in the practice of business management, but also an important topic in the study of business management. The existing management studies have examined the relationship between the relationship between managers and enterprise performance from different angles, but, There is less discussion on the intermediary mechanism of the influence of enterprise manager relationship on enterprise performance, much less from the perspective of dynamic capability. In order to improve the enterprise performance, how to transform the scarce resources acquired by the manager relationship into the dynamic ability that can bring comparative competitive advantage to the enterprise is investigated. In addition, in the study of the boundary conditions that consider the influence of the manager relationship on the enterprise performance, There is little research on the competitive factors of microeconomic agents, especially the regulatory factors from the informal sector, under the conditions of transition economy. Therefore, on the basis of reviewing the existing literature and theories, This study combines the special background conditions of China's transition economy, from the dynamic capability theory on the richness of resources integration and groundbreaking integration perspective, How the business and political relationships of business managers affect the performance of enterprises through their innovative modes-exploratory innovation and utilitarian innovation? At the same time, considering the regulatory impact from the informal sector competition, this study uses the World Bank survey group survey data on private enterprises in China, using Stata 14.2 software to analyze the relationship between the variables. The following conclusions are drawn. Firstly, the political and business relationships of managers can influence the performance of enterprises through the intermediary role of exploratory innovation and utilitarian innovation. The business relationship of managers has a positive impact on both exploratory innovation and utilitarian innovation, while the political relationship of managers has a negative impact on exploratory innovation. But it has a positive influence on the enterprise utilization innovation. The exploratory innovation and the utilization innovation have a positive impact on the enterprise performance. At the same time, this study also confirms the regulative effect of informal sector competition. Considering that informal sector competition will negatively regulate the relationship between business relations and exploratory innovation, The research in this paper is of guiding significance to the study of the relationship between management relationship and enterprise performance and the practice of enterprise management.
