突破农民自组织发展的绩效困境——基于乡村社会资本现代转型的视角

【摘要】:当前,农民自组织发展的绩效困境主要来自于组织文化约束和组织制度约束两个方面。农民自组织文化约束包括农民自组织成员的信任基础薄弱和信任度不高、合作意识不强、风险规避意识缺失与参与意识不强四个方面。农民自组织制度约束包括农民自组织正式制度约束和非正式制度约束两个方面。乡村社会资本现代转型是超越农民自组织发展的绩效困境的路径之一。乡村社会资本现代转型有利于突破农民自组织文化约束和制度约束。
[Abstract]:At present, the performance dilemma of farmers' self-organization development mainly comes from two aspects: organizational cultural constraints and organizational institutional constraints. The constraints of farmers' self-organization culture include four aspects: the weak trust foundation and trust degree of farmers' self-organizing members, the weak sense of cooperation, the lack of awareness of risk aversion and the lack of awareness of participation. Peasant self-organization system constraint includes two aspects: farmer self-organization formal institutional constraint and informal institutional constraint. The modern transformation of rural social capital is one of the ways to surmount the performance dilemma of farmers' self-organization development. The modern transformation of rural social capital is helpful to break through the constraints of farmers' self-organizing culture and system.
