基于云模型的武陵山片区旅游发展绩效评估研究

【摘要】：武陵山片区位于革命老区和集中特困地区,因为受到历史、资源和地理等多方面的影响,社会及经济的发展水平较为低下。由于片区同样位于少数民族聚居区,拥有绚丽多元的民族文化、得天独厚的自然环境和富厚多彩的旅游资源,其在旅游业上有着长足发展的能力和优势。近几年来,休闲、体验、乡村、生态等旅游方式正随着旅游市场需求的迅速增长而逐渐兴起,“旅游扶贫”成为一种新出现的区域扶贫的方式,对于该片区经济增长起到了极其关键的带动作用。武陵山片区旅游资源品种齐全,具有巨大的旅游项目开发潜力,并且片区中的大部分地区旅游的发展已经得到了非常显著的成效。武陵山片区的旅游产业对于当地国民经济的增长起到了积极的作用,并且正在逐渐成为当地国民经济中不可或缺的关键因素。但如何促进该区旅游业持续健康发展,就需要对其进行旅游发展的绩效评估,以使旅游发展中的不足之处得以弥补,强势产品继续保持。本文通过建立一个云模型,定量分析研究武陵山片区旅游发展的绩效评估。本文引用的数据主要来源于2015年的《中国金融年鉴》、《中国统计年鉴》、《中国财政年鉴》等相关文献。本文运用定量与定性相结合的方法,实证分析了武陵山片区旅游发展绩效评估。本文研究的内容主要包括有以下几个方面:1)旅游发展绩效评估理论的综合分析,为云模型的建立提供理论基础;2)建立武陵山片区旅游发展绩效评估指标体系;3)建立武陵山片区旅游发展绩效评估云模型,为分析武陵山片区旅游发展绩效评估构筑数学模型;4)2015年旅游发展绩效指标核算表编制,为云模型的求解提供数据基础;5)使用分析软件对云模型进行求解,根据分析结果,为促进武陵山片区旅游的可持续发展,提出了相关对策和建议。
[Abstract]:The Wuling Mountain region is located in the old revolutionary areas and concentrated in special hardship areas. Due to the influence of history, resources and geography, the level of social and economic development is relatively low. Because the region is also located in the minority areas, has a gorgeous and diverse national culture, unique natural environment and rich and colorful tourism resources, it has a considerable development in the tourism capacity and advantages. In recent years, leisure, experience, rural, ecological and other tourism methods are gradually rising with the rapid growth of tourism market demand. "Tourism poverty alleviation" has become a new way of helping the poor in the region. For the region's economic growth has played a crucial role in driving. The tourism resources in Wuling Mountain region are complete and have great potential for tourism development. And the development of tourism in most of the regions has achieved remarkable results. The tourism industry in Wuling Mountain area has played a positive role in the growth of local national economy and is gradually becoming an indispensable key factor in the local national economy. However, how to promote the sustainable and healthy development of tourism in this area, it is necessary to evaluate the performance of tourism development in order to make up for the deficiencies in tourism development, and maintain the strong products. In this paper, a cloud model is established to quantitatively study the performance evaluation of tourism development in Wuling Mountain area. The data cited in this paper are mainly from the Chinese Financial Yearbook of 2015, the Statistical Yearbook of China, the Chinese Fiscal Yearbook and other relevant documents. By combining quantitative and qualitative methods, this paper empirically analyzes the performance evaluation of tourism development in Wulingshan area. The content of this paper mainly includes the following aspects: 1) Comprehensive analysis of tourism development performance evaluation theory. To provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of cloud model (2) the establishment of Wulingshan tourism development performance evaluation index system 3) the establishment of Wulingshan region tourism development performance evaluation cloud model. In order to analyze the tourism development performance evaluation in Wulingshan area, a mathematical model is constructed. (4) the accounting table of tourism development performance index is compiled in 2015, and the data base for cloud model solving is provided. (5) the cloud model is solved by using analysis software, and according to the analysis results, In order to promote the sustainable development of tourism in Wuling Mountain area, the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
