流动人口动态检测管理体系及相关方法研究与实现

【摘要】：我国是人口大国,流动人口在国家的建设发展中是把“双刃剑”,他们是城市建设的主力军,却给城市社会治安带来不少问题,实现和谐社会,加强流动人口管理显得十分重要。随着社会进步和发展,各个城市的流动人口越来越多,这给当地相关部门的统计、检测等工作带来了巨大的挑战,检测任务不断增加,工作效率受到挑战,制约了流动人口工作的顺利开展。因此,为提高统计检测效率,建设一套具有数据采集、统计分析、绩效考核以及信息发布等功能的统一、规范的流动人口动态检测体系是管理流动人口最迫切的需求。本文首先对国内外的流动人口检测管理存在的问题进行研究,并有针对性地提出了本文设计的流动人口动态检测管理系统的基本理念。然后,本文对设计与实现该系统过程中会用到的理论进行了学习,包括J2EE技术、Tomcat软件技术、B/S结构及数据库技术;在系统设计过程中,采用了三层架构的模式。接着,本文采用软件工程的思想,详细分析与研究了流动人口动态检测管理系统中所需要的各种功能性需求与非功能性需求,深入讨论了其整体方案。通过该系统,可以建立一套完整的流动人口信息电子档案;根据功能的不同,本系统被分成了五部分,分别是系统管理、信息采集管理、统计分析、数据报送和流动人口管理。本文以SQL Server 2012为后台数据库服务器,然后对流动人口动态检测管理系统的业务流程及功能需求进行了比较详细、深入的分析。
[Abstract]:China is a large country with a large population, and the floating population is a "double-edged sword" in the construction and development of the country. They are the main force in urban construction, but they bring many problems to the urban social security and realize a harmonious society. It is very important to strengthen the management of floating population. With the progress and development of the society, the floating population in various cities is increasing, which brings great challenges to the statistics and testing work of relevant local departments. The task of testing is increasing, and the efficiency of work is challenged. Restricted the smooth development of floating population work. Therefore, in order to improve the efficiency of statistical detection, to build a unified set of functions such as data collection, statistical analysis, performance evaluation and information release, the standardized mobile population dynamic detection system is the most urgent need to manage the floating population. In this paper, the problems of floating population detection and management at home and abroad are studied, and the basic concept of the mobile population dynamic detection management system designed in this paper is put forward. Then, this paper studies the theory used in the design and implementation of the system, including J2EE technology, Tomcat software technology, B / S structure and database technology. Then, using the idea of software engineering, this paper analyzes and studies all kinds of functional and non-functional requirements needed in the mobile population dynamic detection management system in detail, and discusses its overall scheme in depth. According to the different functions, the system is divided into five parts: system management, information collection management, statistical analysis, data reporting and floating population management. In this paper, SQL Server 2012 is used as the background database server, and then the business process and function requirement of the mobile population dynamic detection and management system are analyzed in detail and deeply.
