省级科技文献共享服务平台互动型栏目调查分析

【摘要】：省级科技文献共享服务平台是国家基础条件平台重要的组成部分,也是区域重点建设的科技基础条件平台之一,对提升省级区域创新能力起到很大作用,研究省级科技文献共享服务平台互动型栏目具有重要意义。采用网络调研方法,针对26个省级科技文献共享服务平台互动型栏目运行现状进行分析,发现普遍存在平台互动型栏目设置不规范、服务方式芜杂、服务内容参差不齐等问题。省级科技文献共享服务平台应通过设置规范互动型栏目,促使由资源主导逻辑转向服务主导逻辑;去行政化,采取集成互动服务方式,开展新型互动交流服务;深化服务内容,加快平台与用户互动创新速度等措施,提升省级科技文献共享服务平台互动型栏目的服务绩效。
[Abstract]:The provincial scientific and technological document sharing service platform is an important part of the national basic condition platform, and also one of the scientific and technological basic conditions platform of the regional key construction, which plays a great role in promoting the innovation ability of the provincial region. It is of great significance to study the interactive column of provincial science and technology document sharing service platform. By using the method of network investigation, this paper analyzes the operation status of interactive columns of 26 provincial sci-tech document sharing service platforms, and finds that there are some problems such as non-standard setting of platform interactive columns, miscellaneous service methods and uneven service contents, etc. The provincial sci-tech document sharing service platform should change the resource-oriented logic to service-oriented logic by setting up standardized interactive columns, deadministrate, adopt the integrated interactive service mode, carry out new interactive exchange service, deepen the service content. Accelerate the speed of interactive innovation between platform and users and improve the service performance of interactive column of provincial sci-tech document sharing service platform.
