广元市昭化区精准健康扶贫“四大工程”实践探索

【摘要】：广元市昭化区的精准健康扶贫政策主要包含"四大工程",设计巧妙全面,环环相扣,相互补充,而且注重利用本地资源,有希望探索出一条有效的精准健康扶贫之路。调研显示,政策实施基本达到预期目标,利益相关者普遍受益,但是贫困患者县外补偿、政策绩效评估等方面还存在值得关注的问题。
[Abstract]:The policy of precision and health poverty alleviation in Zhaohua district of Guangyuan city mainly includes "four major projects", which are cleverly and comprehensively designed, interlocking, complementing each other, and paying attention to the use of local resources, so it is hopeful to explore an effective way to help the poor with precision and health. The research shows that the policy implementation basically achieves the expected goal, the stakeholders generally benefit, but the poor patients outside the county compensation, policy performance evaluation and other aspects are still worthy of attention.
