契约治理对建筑产业化技术创新网络绩效的影响研究

【摘要】：为了解决建筑产业化项目组织间的分散性和临时性问题,提高建筑产业化技术创新网络绩效。从契约治理的角度出发,对建筑产业化技术创新网络结构特征与建筑产业化技术创新网络绩效的影响机制进行了研究。首先,通过网络结构特征与契约治理相关文献的研究,选取网络规模、联系强度、联系久度来衡量建筑产业化技术创新网络结构特征,以正式契约治理和非正式契约治理作为契约治理的两种机制,基于建筑产业化项目的研究背景,构建理论模型并提出假设。其次,以国内建筑产业化项目的参与方为问卷调查对象,采用纸质问卷和网络问卷两种方式共得到178份有效问卷,根据所获取的数据为实证样本;利用SPSS22.0数据分析软件对问卷的信度和效度进行检验以及描述性统计分析,采用KMO值、Cronbach's Alpha系数和基于标准化项的Cronbach's Alpha系数、Bartlett检验卡方值以及P值对变量信效度进行了检验。最后,运用结构方程模型软件AMOS22.0对理论模型中的各个假设进行验证。研究结果表明:(1)建筑产业化技术创新网络结构特征对建筑产业化技术创新网络绩效具有正向影响,即网络规模、联系强度、联系久度能提高建筑产业化技术创新网络绩效;(2)正式契约治理正向调节网络结构特征与技术创新网络绩效的关系;(3)非正式契约治理正向调节网络结构特征与技术创新网络绩效的关系。本研究将契约治理引入到建筑产业化技术创新网络结构特征和建筑产业化技术创新网络绩效的分析框架,丰富了建筑产业化技术创新的管理理论和网络契约治理理论体系,具有一定的理论创新价值。研究成果有助于从根本上认识建筑技术创新的组织规律,促进我国建筑产业技术创新联盟的构建和发展。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the dispersion and temporary problems among the construction industrialization projects, and improve the network performance of the construction industrialization technology innovation. From the angle of contract governance, this paper studies the network structure characteristics of construction industrialization technology innovation and the influence mechanism of construction industrialization technology innovation network performance. First of all, through the network structure characteristics and contract governance related literature research, select the network scale, contact strength, contact duration to measure the construction industrialization technology innovation network structure characteristics. Taking formal contract governance and informal contract governance as two mechanisms of contract governance, based on the research background of construction industrialization project, the theoretical model is constructed and the hypothesis is put forward. Secondly, taking the participants of the domestic construction industrialization project as the survey objects, 178 valid questionnaires were obtained by using paper questionnaire and online questionnaire, and the obtained data were used as empirical samples. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested by using SPSS22.0 data analysis software and descriptive statistical analysis. The reliability and validity of variables were tested by KMO and Cronbach's Alpha coefficients based on standardized terms. Finally, the structural equation model software AMOS22.0 is used to verify the assumptions in the theoretical model. The results show that: (1) the network structure characteristics of architectural industrialization technology innovation have a positive impact on the performance of construction industrialization technology innovation network performance, that is, network scale, contact strength, Connection duration can improve the network performance of technology innovation in construction industrialization; (2) the relationship between the network structure characteristics of positive regulation of formal contract governance and the network performance of technological innovation; (3) the characteristics of network structure and technology of positive regulation of informal contract governance The relationship of innovation network performance. In this study, contract governance is introduced into the analysis framework of network structure characteristics and network performance of technology innovation in construction industrialization, which enriches the management theory and network contract governance theory of technology innovation in construction industrialization. It has certain theoretical innovation value. The research results are helpful to understand the organization law of architectural technological innovation and to promote the construction and development of technological innovation alliance of construction industry in China.
