公立医院实施病例组合指数绩效评价的应用探讨

【摘要】:合理的绩效考核方法能够引导医务人员行为,最大限度激发其积极性。收支结余法是目前很多公立医院采用的绩效考核方法,这种方法因其"重量不重质",严重制约了医疗业务水平的提高,加重了病人负担,激化医患矛盾。病例组合指数是用于评价疾病难易程度的量化指标。以湖北省某医院胸外科2年的数据为研究对象,用病例组合指数对该科室的绩效进行了评价,该种方法在鼓励科室开展新业务、发展新技术方面有较好的效果。
[Abstract]:Reasonable performance appraisal method can guide medical staff behavior and stimulate their enthusiasm to the maximum extent. The method of balance of income and expenditure is the performance appraisal method adopted by many public hospitals at present. Because of its "weight is not heavy on quality", this method seriously restricts the improvement of medical service level, increases the burden of patients and intensifies the contradiction between doctors and patients. Case portfolio index is a quantitative index used to evaluate the degree of disease vulnerability. Based on the data of thoracic surgery in a hospital in Hubei province for 2 years, the performance of the department was evaluated with the case combination index. This method has a good effect in encouraging the department to develop new business and develop new technology.
