国家重点实验室创新资源捕获过程实证研究

【摘要】:通过跨案例比较与理论整合构架了包括搜寻阶段、桥化阶段、内化阶段和增值阶段在内的国家重点实验室创新资源捕获过程SBIP模型。结合110份有效调查问卷,实证检验了SBIP模型及其对国家重点实验室创新资源捕获绩效产生的影响。研究结果表明:1)SBIP模型客观存在,内化阶段、桥化阶段、增值阶段、搜寻阶段对国家重点实验室创新资源捕获绩效的贡献依次递减;2)国家重点实验室创新资源捕获过程资源支撑特征明显,能力支撑乏力;3)国家重点实验室创新资源捕获过程实现途径呈现"计划-市场"二元性。另外实证结果还显示:目前我国国家重点实验室正处于快速成长期;与配置、整合创新资源相比,最大化创新资源引入量对发展我国国家重点实验室的现实意义更大。
[Abstract]:Through cross-case comparison and theoretical integration, the SBIP model of national key laboratories' innovative resource capture process including search stage, bridge stage, internalization stage and value-added stage is set up. Combined with 110 effective questionnaires, this paper empirically examines the SBIP model and its impact on the performance of the national key laboratories' innovative resource capture. The results show that the SBIP model exists objectively, internalize, bridge, and add value. The contribution of the search stage to the performance of the national key laboratories' innovation resources capture is decreasing in turn. 2) the characteristics of the state key laboratories' innovation resources capture process are obvious. Ability support is weak (3) the process of capturing innovative resources in state key laboratories is characterized by "plan-market" duality. In addition, the empirical results also show that China's national key laboratories are in a rapid growth period, and compared with the allocation and integration of innovation resources, maximizing the amount of innovation resources to the development of China's national key laboratories is of greater practical significance.
