政府持股、融资能力与小额贷款公司社会绩效

【摘要】：通过政府对小额贷款公司的参股控股行为分析,探寻政府持股模式对小额贷款公司发展的影响。研究表明,政府持股能够有效地解决困扰小额贷款公司的融资难问题,缓解小额贷款公司融资约束,有利于小额贷款公司的发展,但是政府持股的小额贷款公司在获得资金后,并没有增加服务深度和服务广度,也没有增加对于三农和小微企业等弱势群体的信贷投入。
[Abstract]:Through the analysis of the government's holding behavior in the small loan company, this paper explores the influence of the government holding mode on the development of the small loan company. The research shows that government ownership can effectively solve the financing difficulties that beset microfinance companies, ease the financing constraints of microfinance companies, and be conducive to the development of microfinance companies. It has not increased the depth and breadth of service, nor increased the credit input to vulnerable groups such as agriculture, rural areas and small and micro enterprises.
