高校中层管理者的领导行为与领导效能的关系及其影响

【摘要】:通过对中国高校组织的中层管理者的领导行为与领导效能性的关系及其影响的研究,可以发现,从领导行为的三个维度来看,发展导向与员工导向对员工满意度有正向预测作用,而工作导向对员工满意度有负向预测作用。工作导向、发展导向和员工导向三维度对领导的工作绩效和创新能力有显著的影响。而且,发展导向与员工导向高的中层管理者是一种关系取向的领导行为,这样的领导行为有助于领导效能的改善。
[Abstract]:Through the study of the relationship between leadership behavior and leadership effectiveness of middle managers in Chinese universities and colleges, we can find that, from the three dimensions of leadership behavior, Development orientation and employee orientation have positive predictive effect on employee satisfaction, while job orientation has negative predictive effect on employee satisfaction. Job-oriented, development-oriented and employee-oriented three-dimensional degrees have a significant impact on the leadership's job performance and innovation ability. Furthermore, the middle managers with high development orientation and employee orientation are a kind of relationship oriented leadership behavior, such leadership behavior is helpful to improve leadership effectiveness.
