集群企业创造共享价值的网络规制路径研究

【摘要】：产业集群网络结构影响集群企业战略和绩效,而市场竞争和社会选择力量则影响产业集群结构和演进机制。本文用集群网络嵌入性测评产业集群网络环境结构特征,用产业竞争力和社会选择力评价约束集群企业价值导向的经济和社会力量,用创造共享价值来评估影响集群网络结构和演进的利益相关者的价值倾向,对利益相关者主导下的产业集群网络规制集群企业战略价值导向的路径特征进行了理论分析和实证研究。发现集群网络中的社会资本经由市场竞争和社会选择的中介作用,可以促使集群企业创造共享价值,这对于产业结构调整以及创新升级具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:The network structure of industrial clusters affects the strategy and performance of cluster enterprises, while market competition and social choice forces affect the structure and evolution mechanism of industrial clusters. In this paper, the characteristics of industrial cluster network environment structure are evaluated by cluster network embeddedness, and the economic and social forces that constrain the value orientation of cluster enterprises are evaluated by industrial competitiveness and social choice. Using the creation of shared value to assess the value propensity of the stakeholders who influence the network structure and evolution of the cluster, This paper makes a theoretical analysis and empirical study on the path characteristics of strategic value orientation of cluster enterprises under the stakeholder-led industrial cluster network regulation. It is found that the social capital in the cluster network can promote the cluster enterprises to create shared value through the intermediary function of market competition and social choice, which is of great significance for the adjustment of industrial structure and innovation and upgrading.
