竞争战略下技术创新企业绩效与长期竞争优势分析

【摘要】：以中国沪深A股信息技术行业2007至2015年所有上市公司的年度财务数据为支撑,从时间视角出发尝试性地将多元回归分析工具运用于不同竞争战略下技术创新与企业绩效关系的时滞性研究。研究发现,当期企业绩效的提升与当期技术创新存在显著性正相关关系,且企业绩效的提升滞后于技术创新的实施。在实施差异化战略和低成本战略的情形下,相较于实施低成本战略的企业,差异化战略下技术创新提高企业绩效的滞后期更长。实施差异化竞争战略下,企业实施技术创新对企业绩效的提升存在一定的持续性;与实施低成本战略的企业相比,差异化战略下企业实施技术创新提高企业绩效的持续期更长。研究结论为中国信息技术企业选择竞争战略的决策提供了理论依据。
[Abstract]:Supported by the annual financial data of all listed companies in the information technology industry of China's Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares from 2007 to 2015, From the perspective of time, the multiple regression analysis tool is applied to the time-delay study of the relationship between technological innovation and firm performance under different competitive strategies. It is found that there is a significant positive correlation between the promotion of enterprise performance in the current period and technological innovation in the current period, and the improvement of enterprise performance lags behind the implementation of technological innovation. Under the circumstances of implementing differentiation strategy and low cost strategy, the lag of technological innovation to improve enterprise performance is longer than that of enterprises with low cost strategy. Under the strategy of differentiated competition, the implementation of technological innovation has a certain degree of sustainability for the improvement of enterprise performance, and compared with the implementation of low-cost strategy, the enterprise under the strategy of technology innovation to improve the performance of enterprises in a longer period. The conclusion provides a theoretical basis for Chinese information technology enterprises to choose competitive strategy.
