【摘要】:随着经济的迅速发展和人民生活水平的日益提高,医药保健品行业在国民经济中所占的比重也日益增加。本文以当前的医药保健品行业的电子商务系统为基本框架,着重剖析了医药保健品行业的现实需要及工作过程,而且还考量了客户关系管理的思想,建立了新的医药保健品行业的客户关系管理系统。论文首先对课题的研究背景和意义进行了详细介绍,并对本文所需要研究的内容以及结构进行重点说明,接着对系统进行需求分析、功能分析和可行性分析,并对系统进行了整体架构设计和数据库分析,在此基础上完成构成系统的不同模块以及数据库的设计和编码工作。系统主要包括进存销管理功能、决策分析管理功能、专卖店管理功能和综合管理功能。文章的最后从功能、性能和安全方面着手进行测试,针对测试结果展开分析,论证了本研究所设计的系统,能够较好地发挥网络和信息的作用,并能显著提高医药保健品行业客户关系管理效率。本课题通过开发实现医药保健品行业客户关系管理系统,对医药保健品行业的客户关系管理进行了网络平台化的管理,能够通过网络平台,及时提供全面而又准确的客户关系管理信息,为医药保健品行业管理者有关决策提供辅助支持,为行业开展客户关系管理提供方便快捷的服务,为今后开发功能更加强大的医院保健品行业客户关系管理系统提供了理论基础和技术支持。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and the increasing improvement of people's living standard. The proportion of medical and health products industry in the national economy is also increasing day by day. This paper takes the current electronic commerce system of the medical and health products industry as the basic framework. The practical needs and working process of the medical and health products industry are analyzed emphatically, and the thought of customer relationship management is also considered. A new customer relationship management system is established in this paper. Firstly, the research background and significance of the subject are introduced in detail, and the content and structure of this paper are emphasized. Then the system needs analysis, function analysis and feasibility analysis, and the overall architecture of the system design and database analysis. On this basis, the different modules of the system and the design and coding of the database are completed. The system mainly includes the management function of inventory and sale, the function of decision analysis and management. The last part of this paper is to test from the aspects of function, performance and safety, to analyze the test results, and to demonstrate the system designed by this research. Can play a better role in the network and information, and can significantly improve the efficiency of customer relationship management in the pharmaceutical and health products industry. The management of customer relationship management in the pharmaceutical and health products industry is based on the network platform, which can provide comprehensive and accurate customer relationship management information in time through the network platform. To provide support for the relevant decisions of medical and health products industry managers, and to provide convenient and rapid services for the industry to carry out customer relationship management. It provides a theoretical basis and technical support for the development of a more powerful hospital health care industry customer relationship management system in the future.
