【摘要】:随着时代的前进和科技的进步,市场的竞争也变得越来越残酷和激烈。作为市场的首要的资源,客户已经成为市场营销的核心部分。企业之间哪家拥有的客户资源多,哪家就在竞争中占有越多优势。本文所设计和开发的基于ASP的客户关系管理(CRM)系统,弥补传统客户管理方式的不足,使企业更好的处理客户关系,使企业在本行业占有强有力的竞争位置。运用一个安全可靠的客户关系管理信息系统可以减少工作量,提高效率,让该行业消除因客户关系方面而引起的不足,从而使该行业迅速发展。 客户关系管理系统所面向的对象为企业的管理和销售人员。整个系统从满足操作简单方便、界面友好易懂、灵活、使用安全的要求出发,采用了动态服务器页面(ASP)开发技术,使用MySQL作为后台数据库平台。此系统是基于B/S的三层模式的客户关系管理系统。目的是实现采用数据库技术来存储、管理海量各种数据,设计并完成归类、查询和统计各种数据,尽力达到友好操作界面的要求。 本文首先对客户关系管理系统的国内外研究现状和发展趋势进行了阐述和探讨,对客户关系管理系统程序开发的相关技术做了详细的介绍,重点对系统的开发条件、开发原理、可行性、需求进行分析,确定基于ASP的客户关系管理(CRM)系统的开发目标。以此为基础,分析系统的物理结构、功能模块、操作流程,对系统的数据库进行设计。根据软件设计模块化的思想,设计出提供友好的操作界面,以及较强的安全性和稳定性客户关系管理系统。分析系统测试及难点,提出系统的后期维护方法,保证系统的可靠性。最后对未来研究提出进一步希望和要求。 企业客户关系管理系统将大大提高客户满意度和忠诚度,,提高工作效率,有利于促进深挖客户价值,从而增加企业的利润。在信息化时代,该系统将给企业带来深远而有意义的影响。
[Abstract]:With the advance of the times and the progress of science and technology, the market competition has become more and more cruel and fierce. As the primary resource of the market. Customer has become the core part of marketing. Which enterprise has more customer resources. This paper designs and develops the CRM (customer relationship Management) system based on ASP, which makes up for the deficiency of the traditional customer management and makes the enterprise deal with the customer relationship better. The application of a secure and reliable customer relationship management information system can reduce the workload, improve efficiency, let the industry eliminate the shortcomings caused by customer relations. This makes the industry develop rapidly. The object of CRM system is enterprise management and sales personnel. The whole system is based on the requirements of simple and convenient operation, friendly interface, flexible and safe use. The development technology of dynamic server page (ASP) is adopted. Using MySQL as the background database platform, this system is a three-tier customer relationship management system based on B / S mode. The purpose of this system is to use database technology to store and manage mass data. Design and complete classification, query and statistics of all kinds of data, try to achieve friendly interface requirements. In this paper, the domestic and foreign research status and development trend of customer relationship management system are described and discussed, and the related technology of customer relationship management system program development is introduced in detail. The development conditions, development principles, feasibility and requirements of the system are analyzed, and the development objectives of the CRM system based on ASP are determined. Based on this, the physical structure of the system is analyzed. The function module, operation flow, the database of the system are designed. According to the idea of modularization of software design, the friendly operation interface is designed. And strong security and stability of customer relationship management system. Analysis of the system testing and difficulties, put forward the late maintenance of the system. To ensure the reliability of the system. Finally, further hopes and requirements for future research are put forward. Enterprise customer relationship management system will greatly improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, improve work efficiency, help to promote the deep excavation of customer value, thereby increasing the profits of enterprises in the information age. This system will bring the profound and meaningful influence to the enterprise.
