基于客户的代理商管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】:全球经济一体化的不断加深,使得各行各业的市场竞争日益激烈。市场竞争的目标是客户,通信行业争取客户的主要方式是通过渠道代理商。作为世界500强的中国联通,一直是国内三大基础通信运营商之一,建立完善的渠道代理管理始终是其工作重点之一。新联通公司的成立意味着对原来联通和网通的客户的整合以及客户关系管理的优化。为进一步提升渠道代理商的业务效率,必须对现有的客户管理、计费管理、客户服务、佣金及返酬管理和渠道及代理商管理系统进行优化、整合和升级。本系统的建设正是在这样的背景下开展的。 本文面向新联通公司,以基于客户关系管理的渠道及代理商管理为研究对象,深入分析了国内外代理商及渠道管理系统现状,拟定了论文的研究对象。并以作者所在的联通分公司为对象,对联通公司优化和重构代理渠道管理系统的需求进行了分析研究,拟定了以简化客户信息录入模式、优化佣金结算及返酬流程、增加透明度和强化沟通为主的建设目标。并对包含基础信息管理、资料信息管理、酬金管理、资源管理和信息统计查询在内的主要功能模块进行了需求分析。在此基础上,以J2EE为平台,进行了系统总体框架设计,阐述了系统以B/S模型为基础的三层结构。之后,对系统数据接口设计、佣金及返酬计算系统设计以及数据库设计进行了详细描述。并对软硬件平台选型及系统部署设计进行了讨论。在系统设计的基础上,论文详细描述了系统的实现和测试。重点介绍了数据库访问模块的实现和系统主要功能模块的实现。在数据库访问模块实现方面重点阐述了直接通过JDBC连接数据库和利用JNDI服务访问数据库两种方式。在系统主要功能模块实现方面,主要描述了系统总体界面、基础信息管理、信息资料管理、资源管理、佣金及返酬管理及渠道统计查询模块的实现。为了确保系统的正确性和效率,,对系统进行了充分的测试,设计了测试用例,并进行了测试记录。 目前,该系统已经顺利建设完成,并投入试运行,效果良好。由于各方面条件的制约,系统尚存在若干不足,将在今后的工作中进一步的优化和完善。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of global economic integration, the market competition in various industries is becoming more and more intense. The target of market competition is customers, and the main way for communication industry to win customers is through channel agents. China Unicom, which is the top 500 member of the world, Has been one of the three basic telecommunications operators in China. The establishment of new Unicom means the integration of the original customers of Unicom and Netcom, as well as the optimization of customer relationship management. In order to further enhance the business efficiency of channel agents, The existing customer management, billing management, customer service, commission and reward management and channel and agent management system must be optimized, integrated and upgraded. In this paper, facing to the new Unicom company, taking the channel and agent management based on customer relationship management as the research object, this paper deeply analyzes the current situation of the domestic and foreign agents and channel management system. The research object of this paper is drawn up, and the requirement of optimizing and reconstructing the agent channel management system of Unicom Company is analyzed and studied, and the mode of customer information input is simplified. Optimize the commission settlement and reward process, increase transparency and strengthen communication based on the construction objectives. And include basic information management, information management, fee management, On the basis of the requirement analysis of the main functional modules, including resource management and information statistics query, the overall framework of the system is designed on the platform of J2EE, and the three-tier structure of the system based on the B / S model is expounded. The system data interface design, commission and payback calculation system design and database design are described in detail. The software and hardware platform selection and system deployment design are discussed. This paper describes the implementation and test of the system in detail. It focuses on the implementation of the database access module and the realization of the main functional modules of the system. In the aspect of the realization of the database access module, it focuses on connecting data directly through JDBC. Library and using JNDI services to access the database. In the main functional modules of the system implementation, This paper mainly describes the implementation of the general interface, basic information management, information management, resource management, commission and reward management and channel statistics inquiry module. In order to ensure the correctness and efficiency of the system, the system is fully tested. The test cases are designed and the test records are recorded. At present, the system has been successfully constructed and put into trial operation, with good results. Due to the constraints of various conditions, there are still some deficiencies in the system, which will be further optimized and perfected in the future work.
