基于O2O电器保养和维修系统的设计与实现
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of Internet economy, the most rapid development of e-commerce model is the online purchase offline consumption (OnLine To Off Line,O2O) model, which combines offline business opportunities with the Internet. Making the Internet a platform for offline trading. The O2O model has affected all kinds of industries, but not very quickly in the field of electrical repair and maintenance, even if there are some O2O applications there are inevitable problems. If the service flow is not standard, the transaction process is not transparent, lacks the appraisal system and so on. Therefore, it is of great significance to design and develop an O2O-based electrical maintenance and repair system to meet the needs of consumers and market. The main works of this paper are as follows: (1) the current market operation of O2O electrical appliance maintenance and repair is deeply studied, and the detailed demand analysis is carried out according to the consumption habits of consumers and merchants. The architecture of the whole system is designed according to the principle of software design. At the same time, according to the principle of user interface design, a set of user interface based on Android system is designed to provide rich personalized experience and make the operation more humanized. The module of service provider processing order is designed and implemented in detail, and the transaction is planned reasonably, and the order processing is made full use of the container of snatching single pool. The algorithm of mobile location and path calculation is studied, and the algorithm is implemented in combination with the actual service. Using the collected business data, the targeted data analysis and the display of data analysis results are realized, which is convenient for users to discover problems. It also provides support for network marketing decision. (3) functional and non-functional tests are carried out from client and server, and the core functions and main performance indexes of the system are analyzed and verified. The electronic commerce system designed and implemented in this paper, which is based on O2O appliances and maintenance, has been put into operation, which meets the specific needs of consumers, service providers and customer relationship management systems. It provides a good support for the maintenance and repair of electrical appliances in the Internet era, and has reference value for the research and development of similar electronic commerce systems.
