土耳其中小企业在欧洲专利制度整合过程中的作用

【摘要】：本论文是通过参照土耳其中小企业在欧洲专利制度融合过程中的角色来分析土耳其欧洲专利制度的整合,其主要目的在于了解土耳其中小企业在工业产权制度特别是在专利制度中的角色,因为其有效使用工业产权制度对土耳其有效整合至欧洲专利制度中发挥关键作用。鉴于此,本论文在于回答两个基本问题,即中小企业在土耳其整合到欧洲专利体系中的扮演着什么样的角色?中小企业在土耳其如何能够更有效地使用专利制度?在此框架下,本文从三个不同领域对安卡拉136个从事制造工业的中小企业进行了现场调查研究。现场调查研究的范围,力图评估参与企业的研发能力以及土耳其工业产权制度尤其是专利制度在多大程度上被参与企业有效使用。根据现场调查研究的结果,就中小企业在土耳其如何实现更有效地使用工业产权制度尤其是专利制度提出相关建议。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the integration of Turkish European patent system by referring to the role of Turkish SMEs in the process of integration of European patent system. Its main purpose is to understand the role of small and medium-sized enterprises in Turkey in the industrial property system, particularly in the patent system, since its effective use of industrial property rights plays a key role in Turkey's effective integration into the European patent system. In view of this, The purpose of this paper is to answer two basic questions: what role do SMEs play in integrating into the European patent system in Turkey? How can SMEs use the patent system more effectively in Turkey? In this framework, the field investigation and research on 136 small and medium-sized enterprises engaged in manufacturing industry in Ankara have been carried out in three different fields. Seeking to assess the R & D capabilities of participating enterprises and the extent to which the Turkish industrial property system, in particular the patent system, is effectively used by participating enterprises. Suggestions are made on how SMEs can make more effective use of industrial property right system, especially patent system in Turkey.
