领导者如何管理富于心机的下属

【摘要】:正每位领导者都要面对诸多下属,若只用同一种思路或方法分别与他们进行沟通,显然行不通,唯有"知己知彼",方能"畅通无阻"。富于心机的下属是比较难交流的一类人。领导者需要认清富于心机下属的表象行为,了解这些行为可能会给彼此工作带来的弊端,分析其潜在动机,然后采取针对性较强的管理手段与措施,创造稳定和谐的工作环境,从而更有效地完成工作任务。一、识别富于心机下属"心机"一词本是中性词,意为
[Abstract]:Every leader has to face a lot of subordinates, if only the same way of thinking or method to communicate with them, obviously will not work. Only "know yourself and know your enemy" can you be "unhindered". People with a lot of heart and mind are more difficult to communicate. Leaders need to recognize the apparent behaviors of well-intentioned subordinates, and understand the disadvantages that these behaviors may bring to each other's work. Analyze its potential motivation, and then take more targeted management means and measures to create a stable and harmonious working environment, so as to achieve more effective work tasks. First, identify that the term "mind machine" is a neutral word.
