领导干部的反思之道

【摘要】:正对于反思,人们往往是听的多、想的少,知道的多、做到的少。所以,这是一个值得进一步探讨、推动的课题。本文从以下三方面对此问题略作阐述。一、时常内省自反,才德必然增长人们都希望自己能够更好更快地成长、发展,这就需要时常内省自反。明朝著名学者、官员吕坤指出:"人不可我意,自是我无量;我不可人意,自是我无能。时时自反,才德无不进之理。"(吕坤:《呻吟语》)他主张在工作和生活中不管是遇上"人不可我意",还是"我不可人意"的情况,都不要动辄归因于外,而要时常反思自己,多从自身找原因,一次次反思积累下来,自身的才德必然会获得长进,从而变得更加优秀。
[Abstract]:For reflection, people often listen more, think less, know more, and do less.Therefore, this is a subject worthy of further discussion and promotion.This article from the following three aspects to this question briefly elaborated.First, often introspection, self-reflection, the inevitable growth of people hope that they can better and faster growth, development, this requires frequent introspection and self-reflexive.Lu Kun, a famous scholar and official of the Ming Dynasty, pointed out: "people can't mean me, I can't measure myself; I'm not satisfied, I'm incompetent."Always reflexive, the moral is not without the principle of progress. "(Lu Kun: "groan") he advocates that no matter whether it is "people can't be my own mind" or "I'm not satisfied" in his work and life, he should not attribute it to others, but he should constantly reflect on himself and look for reasons from himself.Introspection accumulates over and over, and one's own virtue is bound to grow and become better.
