【摘要】:正"同心山成玉,协力土变金"。善于理顺部属的情绪、和畅合力干事的心气,既是领导的职责所系,也是单位发展进步所需。一个单位,总有人会因主观或客观原因而心气不顺,如果带着情绪"上岗",就会干得憋闷、看着别扭,不但影响工作质量和效率,也无益于领导和部属和谐相处;尤其是情绪具有传染性,一旦个体情绪碰撞、叠加、汇集到一起,蔓延成群体性情绪,势必极大地
