【摘要】：正领导不易,每天都有不少头疼的事情摆在眼前亟待解决,而这其中最头疼的恐怕要数如何管理好员工了。这一难题究竟该如何解决呢?对此,笔者做了一些思考,下面将从方法改进和境界提升这两方面简要谈谈拙见。
[Abstract]:Leadership is not easy, there are a lot of headaches in front of the eyes every day, and the biggest headache is probably how to manage the staff.How exactly should this difficult problem be solved?To this, the author has done some thinking, the following will be from the method improvement and the realm promotion these two aspects briefly talks about the clumsy opinion.
